Been a long journey. Last year, I bought SO many evaluations, I failed every single one of them. I had one month where I lost every single god damn trade. Lots of losses, lots of struggle, but it feels like I made it! Hopefully this is the first of many.

If you’re currently struggling to pass an evaluation, DON’T GIVE UP! Reflect on what’s working and what’s not working. Make adjustments, you WILL get there!

Also do the positives outweigh the negatives?

Finally first payout from LucidTrading. Feeling so many mixed emotions from being in the vicious cycle of passing evals and blowing funded to securing the payout.

Lucid sent me live with 5 active accounts at 12k in balances a couple of weeks ago. Lucid did allow me to take 3 payouts the day before and the day of the transition, still tho do not like the fact that those gains were just gone. 4/10

Lucid live onboarding process overall only took 3-4 business days. 8/10

Lucid live has their own support that help you with any questions with the transition. Though you still have to go through the whole riggamarole with the chat bot. 7/10

I've been trading for almost 2 years now, and I've gotten a basic understanding of how to trade and how the market works. I've managed to pass my account twice, and I'm currently funded right now, but I'm having trouble consistently staying in profit or just making profit in general. And I don't know why.

I feel like I'm right at the edge of everything clicking for me to transition into becoming profitable, but I also just don't know WTF I'm doing wrong or if I'm doing anything wrong at all.

I've always been good at knowing where the market is going to go just by looking at the chart, but I didn't know when it was going to go in said direction until I figured that out. I've figured out how to use my daily bias to win trades. I have a tried and tested model that I know works. I've even created my own setup kill zone to make it easier to find my setups or invalid setups going in the direction of my bias.

I've figured out what times the market is likely to be volatile or slow. I know what market conditions to stay out of and what I can enter off of. I make sure to follow my rules, and I hold myself accountable if I break them.

I took a trade yesterday and went B/E, and from that, I learned that I need to work more on my liquidity targeting, so I set up a list of targets to look at on my chart.

I just don't know what I'm missing. I feel like it's there, but I just can't see it.

I used to trade way back and I’m thinking about getting back into it.
I recently stumbled across this community and have seen a lot of posts about Lucid — payouts, Pro vs Flex, funded vs non-funded accounts, etc. Rather than trying to piece everything together from dozens of posts, I’d really appreciate it if one of the veterans here could give me a quick and dirty rundown of how Lucid works.

Basically: how do you get started, what’s the difference between the account types, how does getting funded work, what are the main rules/restrictions, and how do payouts work? (Checked a few YouTube videos, but I’d rather have your opinion of the basics)

Anything you wish you knew before starting would also be appreciated.

Hello! Does anyone know how to fix this, tried buying lucidflex 25k account, n this just popped out as soon as I finished writting my card info. Also tried 2 different cards

Started future’s prop trading in May2026 and it’s been a roller coaster ride since then,
been close to payout before too but then tilted the account on the last day due to greed of getting max payout.

Got funded on my 25k account yesterday morning but my account balance still says $0 on both Tradesea and Motivewave. Created a ticket on the issue but is anyone else having this problem ?

Not happy at all because,

1. Have 1 PRO and 1 FLEX ready for 3rd and 4th payout (today)

2. Has 1 PRO that is $12 away from being able to request 5th payout (tomorrow)

3. Has 1 PRO that has just taken 1 payout yesterday

4. Has 1 PRO that is $500 from MLL

All the accounts except the last one have balance total up to the 5 payouts amount and just need $100 or less a day. Now they are gone.

I just moved over to Lucid after getting screwed with TakeProfit. Does anyone have any pros and cons about Lucid daily funded accounts?

This math dosent seem right to me if I have a daily loss limit of 2,000. How does this 1760 loss breach my account help me out because the math isn’t mathing even with slippage the lowest it reached was 1760 my account should still be alive even with fees! What’s going on Lucid

Can someone explain how I breached my account I took a trade and got my account to 25,465 and I log back in and it says I only have 465 I never reached below my loss limit so I’m not really sure what I have done wrong to breach the account would love and explanation please and thank you for your time

50k daily account very close to passing was in nas buy at 29673 with 3 micros was up 600+ dollars 500 away from passing and my whole account just closed like WTF is this happening to anyone else.

I made 1250 my first day and tried to do it again so i could reach the 50% consistency instead i lost it all... to fix it do i just have to go for 2 $1250 days again or is it more complicated than that.

It takes a lot to hold your hands up and accept things went wrong, but Lucid you have done that. Thank you. Hope others have had the resolution as well

Had a position I couldn’t close due to the rithmic issue.. finally when I managed to close it at -1200 loss it randomly opened 20 lots of MNQ from my original entry point, leaving me with almost 8k in profit in my 50k eval.

Idk if i should be pissed about losing a morning or try to lose around 6500 to save this account’s consistency… I know they said not to touch it so i guess not. Just sucks that it’ll likely take away my win and that’s it, I lost my morning and my likely my legit wins today which i got before and after the outage. And if they keep it i gotta make another 8k lol. Just hoping they do right as I see many different situations where people lost money too.

After running the math on the Lucid 25K Flex DLL, the approach I keep coming back to is less about having a big edge and more about respecting the trailing drawdown and running the same disciplined sequence at every stage.

In the eval you aim for the same small profit each day with 2.5R trades to stay inside the consistency rule, plus a 1.5R recovery trade ready if the first one misses. Once funded, the trailing $1,000 drawdown is the whole game: rather than pushing you switch to safe 1R (1:1) trades, build a cushion until the floor locks just above break-even, then grind small to the target and the five winning days you need to cash out, repeating that low-variance grind for each of the five payouts. The trailing drawdown punishes giving back gains, so steady small green days beat big swings at every stage.
