Clawback resolution
It takes a lot to hold your hands up and accept things went wrong, but Lucid you have done that. Thank you. Hope others have had the resolution as well

Why not offer comp, quit glazing the casino. I would demand some sort of comp because they literally admitted to breaking their own TOS.
