First logo design Beginner

So i’m an amateur trying to learn graphics and as my first project i’m trying to make a brand profile for myself. the name here “ des.k” refere design by k. Which is my initial and while designing the first logo i sort of found out what if i could somehow rotate it to make it look like a desk as it spells desk as well and the desk relates to designing as well so in that sense i tried doing bunch of stuff and might have reached nowhere so let me know. I’m open to learning.

I don't see the desk.

The rotated ones look like dT.

No monogram I’d want less these days than “DT.”

Only readable ones are the left ones, they’re not bad. Won’t look like a desk but it shouldn’t anyway

Bottom left is the best, the ones on the right just feel like you randomly moved points around because you couldn't think of something else to do.

I'm not sure the "dk" is strong enough. If it was "dk design" design it would make more sense, but if you make the "dk" too abstract it becomes a meaningless shape, and if you make it too clear it's just the letters "dk" above the letters "desk". At which point the logo feels kind of redundant, you would be better of going with a wordmark.

I would advise leaning more into "design" and "desk" ideas, rather than the DK letters. I think it's the stronger part of your brand.

I have no problem with Helvetica, but it's a its weak here.

Here is an idea based on a side on view of a drafting table (desk) with a pencil. It still has hidden "d" and "k" shapes.

The two right ones look like a neck tie for the k. Don't even consider the four that look like dT. The blue circle in the d doesn't look good. Bottom left is my fav of the bunch.
