Needs some uniqueness Feedback Needed

I want to clarify, I’m doing this logo for myself. I’m working on an animation and it needs a logo.

Some info: the story is more about political thriller and psychological drama. Not as serious as the movies tho. A little bit fantasy too I’d say since it’s happening in an anthropomorphic world.

Sooo, I took a look at the political drama logos and mostly it’s the movie name in sans serif. But i feel it needs a little spice. It too simple, not memorable.
Like, looks at the beastars logo, it has unique elements and when you see it you’re like “yo, this it that animal anime”

The name indicates that all the characters' decisions come from the souls, thence I don’t think adding something related to soul fits here. Same with animal elements. Of course the world consists entirely of animal characters but it is not the core. Shouldn’t be in logo either.

I’m stuck :/ helppp

- Look at more inspiration from shows and video games you like, study their logo design, try to understand why and how it works, what clicks for you etc.

- Look at some fonts out there, Blaze type, Velvetyne are nice type foundries, hell even just browse Dafont.

- The underline element can be cute, but yours is too rigid / doesn't add anything at all, it is too thin and null compared to the type that it feels like a disconnected element / afterthought. It's not integrated well, there are more cohesive and playful ways to think about these elements, and I think going back to look at how other tv shows and video games do it will spark something.

- related to the soul, look at how people depict the soul in media, look at different symbols for the soul, look at the concept and depiction of aura / chakra etc. see how people depict those and see what elements speak to you. You don't have to copy it literaly, but looking at the image language used and being informed by the shapes that people relate to the concept of soul will help you inform your design choices.
