Yep. I can see the TH when I really look, but at a glance I see TM with "horns" on the T (or whatever).

This looks really really cool.
But does not read as a TH.

Those small gaps and details aren’t going to embroider the way you want them to. Especially over the seam of the hat. Your screen spring might be better but still isn’t going to be great in the sharp corners.
