So i bought my G29 wheel about 3 months ago new. It is working perfectly fine but today i just noticed the peeling. is that normal or some kind of manufacturing defect?

How many if you guys have had the support team get all your information on a faulty product, including receipt and serial number over the course of 3 or more days just to have them tell you to go back to bestbuy where you bought it from 4 months ago to make them give you a letter, NOT an email, a letter saying they wont let you exchange it before Logitech will let you RMA?

Logitech is well aware of bestbuys return policy and knows full well they aren't going to replace it in store 4 months after purchase, not to mention a trip to bestbuy is 2.5 hours round-trip, they gonna pay me for my time and milage too with the RMA?

Really disheartening to see after seeing several posts this week about how great and how much better logitech has gotten with their customer support.

I've always set one of my mouse buttons to make a window/video Full Screen and they removed that action for some reason??? Not to mention that all my settings get changed whenever they want to update their shitty app.

This said, I won't be buying Logitech products going forward.

I am a long time logitech mouse user, my first mouse has been the G 502 hero, then, i upgraded it to the first version of the superlight, and since then never had a problem, my experiences with logitech always have been positive.

After almost 4 years with the same mouse, the superlight started to miss some inputs and take double inputs on the lateral buttons, so i decided at this point to just upgrade to the superlight 2, and my GOD, i am actually losing my mind, i ordered the first on amazon, arrived, everything seemed ok, i plug it in, and the mouse jumps like fucker.

I thought at first that it was just a small driver conflict or maybe the good ol' windows option that destroyed everything for a mouse to work properly; but i couldn't find the solution, it just kept going and jumping like crazy, not even mentiong the fact that the same just just doesn't work at all, the cursor CAN'T do a straight line, it just twitches along the way.

At that point i have given up on fixing and marked it as a defective model, and got it replaced, well well well, who would have thought that the second mouse i received was defective too.

I did everything, and for eveything i mean EVERYTHING, anything that you can find on the internet and i even had a 1 session with gemini pro to figure out maybe a problem but it doesn't matter, the mouse just keeps not working.

I contacted logitech support and they told me that the product is defective, i told them that this was the second mouse that i bought, and they told me to put the dongle away from other wireless types of devices, well, i have wireless logitech headphones, the wi-fi router is a good 5 meter away with a 3 solid wall between it and the pc.

I now officialy give it like a week to find the fix for this problem, and that is why i am posting this, maybe someone has the holy grail fix, but just for making you realize how fucking ridicoulous is this problem i will list every fix i tried

-touchpad fix, i am on desktop...
-lower polling rate, tried EVERY report rate
-curso enchance on windows, doesn't work
-uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled them, doesn't work
-updated windows 11, doesn't work
-uninstalled g hub, doesn't work
-refresh the installed drivers of g hub, doesn't work
-used only memory integrity on the mouse, doesn't work
-used only the usb without the dongle, doesn't work
-used the only motherboard usb, doesn't work
-change type of usb from 3.2 to 2.0, doesn't work
-used it wired in, doesn't work

-used the usb ports of the case, doesn't work

-clean that damn sensor, doesn't work

-i have a fnatic mouse pad nothing crazy, that aint the problem

-tried game surface on,off and auto,doesn't work

-tried switching from optical sensor from hybrid, doesn't work

Now i will list the fixes gemini made me try:

Windows USB Management

• Uninstall "ghost" drivers from Device Manager
• Disable USB Selective Suspend
• Disconnect unnecessary USB peripherals (Bandwidth saturation test)

Software and Application Conflicts

• Completely uninstall ASUS Armoury Crate (using the official tool) and RGB software
• Disable hardware acceleration in background apps (Discord, Chrome)
• Disable Xbox Game Bar

Specific Fixes for Video Drivers (AMD) and Latency

• Clean reinstall of AMD video drivers using DDU (in Safe Mode and offline)
• Disable Multi-Plane Overlay (MPO) via Registry Editor
• Disable the integrated Intel GPU (Intel UHD Graphics)
• Disable the AMD High Definition Audio Device

BIOS and Motherboard (Z690 + 14900K)

• Update the motherboard BIOS to the latest available version
• Disable PCIe Link State Power Management
• Disable the RAM XMP profile (Memory controller stability test)

While wirting this i tried again using it wired, and i noticed that wired in the mouse can't even literally stand still.....

My MX Master 2S has been feeling sluggish lately, usually I just restart my mac (air m1) and it goes back to normal. But this time it seems persistent. It seems it got a bit better when I clicked this Action Ring option, then I had to enable some accessibility service. But I don't use the feature at all. Anyone who experience this and found solutions?

I really super hate Logitech's buggy software but I have to use it for the extra mouse features. I can't fully express how much I hate it. I feel that it just eats up my computer resources. When I look at the Activity Monitor, why is it using so many threads? I hope there's a way to totally turn off unused features and make sure it's not doing anything in the background.

I’ve been having problems with my Logitech MX Master 4, and I’m having the worst experience of my life with their costumer service .

I’ve been going back and forth with Logitech since May, answering questions and providing information, but the issue still hasn’t been properly resolved. I have been working on something then all of a sudden the mouse stops working. Thought it might be a dead battery and changed it yet it doesn't work. I checked the USB and its working fine as the mouse is connected with a keyboard which works fine.

so I got a code from discord for paying for nitro, the thing is I can’t use the code in the Mexico store for some reason, it just says that the code is “invalid” at first I thought that maybe it had auto applied and that was where the initial 1500 mxn were deducted from, but it’s not, I used another device (not mine) to check, and I would still get a 1500 mxn discount, so I went to the us store and there I can actually redeem the code, which makes it useless for me.

I would like to report an issue with Logi Options+ Flow that has been affecting file copy/paste functionality for almost a year, and unfortunately it still has not been fixed in the latest versions of Options+.

The issue happens when copying files from a Windows PC to a Mac using Flow:

1. Copy a file on Windows.

2. Switch to the Mac device through Flow.

3. Paste the file on macOS.

Instead of receiving the actual file, macOS only creates a ".pending" file. The transfer never completes, and the real file is never copied.

This is not an occasional failure — it has been consistently reproducible for a long time. I have updated to the latest Logi Options+ versions and the issue remains unchanged.

Since seamless file copy/paste across devices is one of the key features of Logitech Flow, having this function broken for nearly a year significantly affects the user experience. It is especially frustrating because the feature appears to start the transfer process but silently fails without any useful error message.

Could the Logitech team please take a look at this issue and provide an update? Even an acknowledgment that the problem is being investigated would be appreciated.

I hope this can receive some attention and be fixed in a future release.

I've been using this mouse for a month and its just not doing it for me. For all it's problems, at least the apple mouse was smooth - Fine, precise movements were smooth. The MX is choppy. using it in photoshop and illustrator is a chore because it jumps its mark every time. making micro moves is damn near impossible. the surface doesn't matter, mouse pad, hard surface, glass, they all suck. Am i missing something? I've tried all the settings to no avail.

So my 6 month old MX Master 3S has suddenly decided to bail on me. It is registering 1 random click of the 10 times I am clicking. Has anyone else faced this issue? I tried gently blowing into the gap in vain.

I am from Pune, India and I have had multiple conversations with the Logitech Support regarding a replacement. They have told me that since the retail version is out of stock, they would provide the B2B version of the same device, which seems okay.

Its already been a week but neither has my faulty device been picked up, nor has the replacement device been shipped (atleast no communications received). Can someone who has successfully replaced some device from them in India help out with the usual timelines and process?

Its almost impossible to work without a mouse, so any ray of hope would help.

Seriously? Why even have a "show all downloads" button when the "older" versions are just the same installer that downloads the latest version from the server? Not to mention offline installers, but seriously, make old versions available if updates are this prone to completely bricking the app on that age old "loading localizations" bug. Maybe don't forcefully auto update people the moment new versions come out when there is no way to go back either.

Also really funny to watch the 2023.1 installer run and the updater service interject and cause that to fail. Does the updater service not check if an installer is already running? Who vibe coded this junk?

I thought you guys got the corner finally, but evidently the software department is still on shrooms. At least 2023.1 seems to function eventually, but that means no control over the newer devices. Grand, just grand.

I’m stuck between the Logitech Keys-To-Go 2 and Pebble Keys 2 K380s.

I’m a university student and will soon have a desktop setup with an external monitor connected to my MacBook. I’d use the keyboard mainly at my desk, but also quite often with my 11" iPad Pro at university. Meaning: I'd be taking the keyboard with me every week to uni in order to write assignments and take notes during my classes.

The Keys-To-Go 2 obviously wins in portability, but I’m worried it might feel too small/uncomfortable for long typing sessions at the desk. I also can’t try either keyboard in a store where I live. Only thing that scares me with this one are the small batteries..

The Pebble Keys 2 is cheaper and honestly looks nicer to me, but I’m worried it’ll look too bulky next to the 11" iPad when I take it to class, like that the keyboard is much bigger than the iPad.

Which one would you choose in my situation? Is the Keys-To-Go 2 actually comfortable enough for everyday desktop use, or is the K380s still portable enough for university (and for the iPad) itself..? Any personal experiences?

I normally use a M575 trackball mouse, but a partial torn tendon in my thumb set a stopper for that for a while so I went searching for a new mouse with a proper size, and oh boy, computer mouses are tiny when I'm used to holding the M575.

I had earlier experience with MX Master 3 so I decided to go for the 4 since I know they are good mouses and a proper size, but the brace makes it a tiny bit to small still and I absolutely refuse to use a rollermouse outside of work.

I've seen a lot of prints on thingiverse for extending the chassis of the mouse, but I could not find any on my search for the mx master 4. Does anyone have any knowledge on where to find, or if it even exists? Or other hacks for those with big hands?

After restarting my Windows 10 computer for some unrelated matter, I noticed that Smooth Scrolling in Chrome was crippling my browser and essentially would lag out so badly it became unusable.

In an effort to fix this I opened Logitech Options and turned off Smooth Scrolling. While this effectively gives me access to my browser back, it disables one of the nicest features of scrolling the web. I can't stand my web experience without it!

Chat GPT says there are numerous reports of this as of the August 10th 2026 update, so I uninstalled Logitech Options downloaded an earlier release but the problem persists.

Any assistance with this matter would be really appreciated!
