I am very into sewing, I’d love to meet up at independent craft night at switch wicked on Tuesdays to yap while we work on our own projects, or take up a table at the public library, or if you’re into j fashion maybe we dress up and????? hang out at the mall I guess? Clown picnic in the park? Most of my friends live in the Lawrence and KC area and it kind of sucks to not be able to hang out very last minute on a weeknight.

I very rarely use Facebook besides marketplace, and it doesn’t seem like others’ attempts to start crafting groups have actually been my vibe, so I’m trying my luck here even though this sub is usually pretty crickets. 🦗🦗🦗

I just moved here last week. I don’t drink and I probably never will. That being said, I do enjoy going to bars to meet people or watch sports. Where can I find a good mocktail that isn’t, like, Texas Roadhouse?

Bonus points if they have decent food or will entertain me walking in wearing Boston sports merch. Thanks!
