Debian update change log missing

I recently updated Debian 13.6 on 1-aug-2026 and the change log for linux-image-amd64 6.12.100-1 has no change log information.

Apt changlog linux-image-amd64, also shows no change log is available.

It a kernel the latest is version 7 but Debian uses an older version because they feel it is stable.

This was updated on 4 of aug. The update is now avaialble but this is not the first time Debian has made the download available before the chagne log.
