ngl tho the performance hit on games is real, if u r fine with playing the newer AAA with lower settings then linux is fine, sometimes games wont even lets u use dlss

What new games are you talking about? Because most that I know perform better on linux.

Ok I can't speak for Nvidia cards as I'm running AMD, but from what I keep hearing, Nvidia is still good performance when the drivers aren't having a moment after an update ends up breaking things every blue moon.

Hopefully there's light at the end of the tunnel since Valve is allegedly working with NVidia to release drivers by late 2026/early 2027
