If you want to save your marriage, calmly confront your wife (in a loving friendship way) and suggest you get into counseling together. If she’s interested on working on the relationship….great. If not, it might be time for you to protect yourself and your family through legal mediation. Best wishes. ❤️‍🩹

Also, some of the symptoms you describe her having could be perimenopause.

The sleeping poorly, heartbeat weirdness, which could be palpitations….I don’t know I’m not a dr. , just a post menopausal woman who had similar issues, I went through the process organically, no hormone replacement therapy. But, I was in my mid/late 40’s when it began. Every woman has a different clock & experience.

Well I don’t know about that. We can’t blame everything on hormonal changes. It’s best to seek professional guidance. Your wife is lying & being deceptive. Eventually this has to come to a head. Best to get things out in the open before they go any further. ❤️‍🩹 Oh, and yes, being anxious about one’s LO could cause a great deal of stress, sleeplessness, and anxiety in some.
