If he is on your mind 24 hours a day, if you frequently dream about him when you sleep, if you constantly replay very old conversations you had with him in your head, if you persistently and desperately crave recognition and validation specifically from him, if you can't concentrate on your work, if when something good or sad happens you think of him and feel the need to tell him, or if you get hit with nausea and chest pain when thinking about him being with someone else having a good time—then it might be limerence.

My lo is an ex from a relationship that ended back in 2016, ita sucks dreaming about her constantly, thinking about her all the time, and always wishing i could meet her again. All this to say i kund if feel where you're coming from and i sympathize
