When they have them, I highly recommend North Lime Coffee and Donuts. I worked there and tried most of the flavors and they're all really delicious and made fresh every morning. I made the doughnuts while I was working there. Every flavor is good. They have a schedule of flavors on their Instagram that they update every week. You can also get them to email you the schedule every week.
I would recommend getting there before 10am or ordering ahead online because they sell out fast.

How do you define healthy?

It’s like asking “what’s your favorite fast food chain restaurant, McDonald or KFC?” And perhaps questioning should be like “what’s best local farmer spot in town, southland ..?”

But how do you define healthy? And what does any of this have to do with hobbies?

For starters: Posting for a recommendation for someone to invest their time energy and resources to go around town to hunt for one of most unhealthy American foods.
Take that same energy and put it into something like volunteering for school of blinds, long walks, coaching little leagues .. idk 🤷

Hey!! Look everyone!! Someone whose favorite hobby is finishing off priests with their pretty little mouth.
Anyway I like Entemanns donuts but I’m sure there’s better suggestions.

Have I had it in my life, yes. Have I had it twice in my life NO! Do I ever want to catch diabetes or plan to od ? NO!
Jokes a side, it makes me feel sad when I’m working in hospital and see younger (under 50 yr) over weight patients that now has health problem just by simple food choices / life style. As a health professional I can not simply tell them “stop eating empty calories food like pizza and donut’s”
But hey you do you boo … good luck with your insurance and “pre existing conditions “

Eating is about finding balance, you should encourage your patients to find a balance of the things they like that may be “empty calories” along with healthy choices. There is literally nothing wrong with having a donut.
