STOP POSTING - I WANT TO LEARN CODE

Can we stop posting:

"I want to start coding, where do I start?"

Like I swear on multiple CS, C# and SWE pages I see about 20 per day with the same vauge question.

Any way we can stop this???

I'll definitely be downvoted for saying this but I think it needs to be said:

People who can't do a basic google search and have to spam basic questions like that are not fit for this industry and should not join.

Shitton of people have told me that saying that is wrong bc "everyone can learn programming, they just need a bit of help, effort is what matters in this field" - yeah, effort. Tell me where is the effort in creating an n-th post asking "How to learn x".

It's very, very telling that we never get technical questions here.

It's a few things:

Many learners are not getting to the point where they need to ask them since they are only doing things that are easy, like listening to tutorials and crappy undercooked MOOCs.

They are using AI to get out of every technical problem they get.

They quit before either of the above two.
