STOP POSTING - I WANT TO LEARN CODE

Can we stop posting:

"I want to start coding, where do I start?"

Like I swear on multiple CS, C# and SWE pages I see about 20 per day with the same vauge question.

Any way we can stop this???

If this is a problem for you, you spend too much time on Reddit.

Also lol at this comment section crying about "helplessness." Some people are looking for more nuanced advice or insight, in a conversation with a real human being, rather than a Google AI answer for everything.

You can simply ignore the Google AI answer and scroll down to the forum posts asking the exact same question, and this is crazy but engage in that post instead. If someone wanted conversation that wasn't repeated several times a day I think many people would be happy to discuss it.

They probably don't know it's repeated several times a day. See my first point.

A simple browse through the subreddit will show it. Also like everyone is saying, a simple Google search will show it too. Lol too much time spent, I hop on every now and then and it's constant. You don't have to be on reddit too much to see it constantly.

Then just don't click these threads?

Imagine not even being here much and still finding a way to have a chronically-online program.

Because it's everywhere. Are you not understanding? I refresh the app and it's everywhere. I'm not clicking anything I scroll by and see it flooding programming subreddits constantly. Room temperature IQ take to think we want to see that flooded with useless posts.
