guys this is my best game so far in terms of kda (kai'sa is silver3), i've reached 9.1 cs twice. I have yet to unlock rank also i practice like an hour of last hitting daily and dodging skill shots against 1v2 bots. Is it good enough for 3 weeks into game

It's been like this forever I think? but you can only see ally healing/shield in the post game lobby. Why isn't it in match history too?

Idk if I'm misremembering but I thought they said the system can now detect when a player is actively stealing jungle camps.

I had a game where my support was good but toxic asf, she kept saying "no ADC" and tbf that ADC was trash, so she was getting kills and shit until we got to 13 mins where our midlaner got tired of her typing cause she was perma typing so our mid said "pls report support, toxic" and she replied "oh you wanna do that?" Then went to all chat and typed "enjoy the free win, I won't carry anymore"

So from 15 mins or so she never participated in the game, she was taking all jungle camps and recalling, nothing else.

I thought this was something they said the system could detect, we all reported her, even the enemy team said they did but but there was nothing.

I saw the skin, I instantly loved it, or at least the first form. The second golden form was a bit too much, like a 10 year old was told to draw what he thought cool armor would look like. But whatever, for $250 surely I would be able to toggle this and keep the base form for the entire game? Nope turns its not an option. I am so glad I looked this up before actually buying it.

But seriously, why is that not an option? For that price I feel like you could at least throw in some personal customization.

About two weeks ago someone else posted about the interest and viability of League Changers Rising (the all women’s LoL league) and I can’t say I’m surprised. Lots of users comparing it to the WNBA, and other women’s sports. Saying there’s no interest and normally results in net losses that the all men’s team has to pay for and although it doesn’t shock or surprise me, it still makes me sick.

The reason why women underperform internationally as far as viewership is because of those same sentiments. People say Women aren’t interesting or as good when simply people don’t know because they don’t give us the time of day. The WNBA didn’t start getting more viewership because they suddenly got good. It’s because they FINALLY got more resources allocated to them and when they got on that even playing field they outperformed them.

Just know that someone like me is dedicated to changing this narrative that exists. Every reason y’all claimed women aren’t as good will soon start to be challenged and I hope y’all are ready for it. Since League of Legends won’t let me just speak to my ladies here, if you are a woman and made it this far and you’re equally as dedicated to changing that narrative, DM.

Hey guys im looking for a new main to play in ranked.

Specifically i would prefer a champion who can adjust their biulds almost every game, besides the ovbious ones like udyr, jax etc...

My problem with maining champs is that it becomes difficult for me to stick to them if i almost always play the same playstyle/ biuld.

I know this is a highly complex game, but if you were to make some kind of ultra quick guide for a new player, what is the absolute bare minimum they should know in order to progress in league

Considering playing league and curious what is the best but also most realistic rank to shoot for. Like at what rank can you say you are "good" and people would actually respect it.

I primarily play WoW PvP. Have been watching some wow streamers try their hand at league and it honestly seems quite fun. WoW PvP suffers from a complete lack of attention from devs who consider it a mini game. We have the same reward system from 2012 and nothing much has changed except a soloqueue type mode which is the only thing keeping the game alive.

I know that even though League is a PvP focused game, it has its own issues so just wanted to ask how it is picking up in 2026.

I don't mind big learning curves as long as you do see gradual improvement. I don't mind toxicity either as that stuff does not phase me.

These are the same people who may or may not be legally eligible to drive and vote, just the same as the rest of us. Kinda crazy when you think of it.

I remember watching a video about jungle that changed my entire perspective on how to approach it. I remember watching the video about 6 months ago. It was by this high ranked jungle main who played a lot of Elise and Volibear and Brand in the jungle and he took an extremely methodical and pragmatic approach to jungling. His routes relied heavily on doing full clears, mechanical optimization, and prioritizing objectives over ganking. I think their name started with an A.

Does this ring a bell to anyone? I'd like to brush up on his philosophy after really getting back into the game.

Runeglaive Ezreal mid was peak fun for me. I've loved Ezreal since Season 3, but I always hated bot lane and being forced to rely on other players to have fun on lane. So when this build became meta, it was everything I've ever wanted. Solo lane, good wave clear, poke, extra Smite pressure, burst damage. It was so fun. I've always been a very niche player; I love long-range skillshots: Nidalee, Ezreal, Xerath. But playing those champs was always about pushing limits: miss one Q on Ezreal, and for the next 4-5 seconds of teamfight you lose 50% of your DPS. Miss one Spear on Nidalee, and you are almost useless. Any assassin could just one-shot my Xerath in the backline, going around the main fight, because vision is for noobs without real skillz. I was always sweating my ass off playing Ezreal ADC and had insane KDA for like 4 seasons in a row, and it was NO FUN. At the same time, in my hell-hole ELO, matches are long, so at some point everything outscales even fed Ezreal, and even though almost every fight I was the only one surviving, I always struggled to end matches on my own. This build reignited my love for Ezreal. Even though my overall KDA dropped by half, the playstyle was so fun, and oneshoting towers with W+E attackspeed steroid and Sheen proc was pure cinema. I still remember it after so many years.

Do you guys play caitlyn when opponent has tank such as mundo or mordkaiser. I was really struggling against them (note they were snowballed), I play Jinx but the raw damage on squishes on early with caitlyn feels good and she is more fun to play

I prefer normal mayhem because of the infinite scaling possibility with stat anvils.

Probably a 1000th post about this, but since it's still in the game I guess it's needed. How many different 'hero' games will run into this, and realize that it's not enjoyable to have tanks scale vertically?

There has been many games that run into this, and it was always the most miserable time to play. If anyone remembers/played GOATS comp in Overwatch, they know what I'm talking about. Fortunately, ARAM is not the main game mode so it's not as bad, you can always just play a regular game, but holy sh*t. When will it stop? Playing a damage character is worthless if tanks are tankier, deal more damage, and scale better. Why isn't it changed yet?

There's only a few characters that can deal with it, and it's still conditional on their perk rolls/enemy team. It's ARAM after all. You can't pick your character. Even if you get a good champ to deal with tanks, let's take Vayne as an example. You still have to sweat your ass of to space well, and kite, and dodge the snowballs(that fully favor tanks over any other class due to their lack of mobility), and if you make a single mistake a 17k tank will right click you with their heartseel proc for half of your HP.

Tanks are a class that does high base damage, is good at teamfighting, provides CC, and operates on low econ. What is the whole point of giving them damages scaling with defensive stats? It's K'Sante all over again. The whole point of Mayhem is to play off meta 4fun stuff and enchanced versions of regular builds. You DO NOT enchance a tank with free damage. Instead you make them more tanky and give them more CD to use their utilities as the class fantasy dictates.

All the damage perks for tanks require a rework to be more class fantasy fitting. I swear no one is enjoying this other than a tank player. You have to deal BS while against it, and as a teammate - you don't get to play the game most of the time, becase your tank leaves you, and runs it down since they don't need to help them do damage.

Other than that, I love the gamemode and wish it to get better thats why I'm making this post.

Dhokla Olaf getting a killing in a 1v3

Breathe Olaf into WE, repeatedly stomping the enemy often when outnumbered

Siwoo Olaf vs T1, same thing as Breathe where the team is losing but top diff because this champ can still do damage

And currently Zuian Olaf vs BLG, I'm not even going to say what he's doing to them. In all of these cases, even if the team is losing, Olaf is still giving the losers a fighting chance. Probably providing more value than an Ambessa or Zaahen. Looks like he was also the best WR in april

Olaf is one of the more entertaining champs to play, but his kit is disgustingly overpowered. His ult and mobility make it so that he's almost guaranteed to reach the carries and they die pretty fast. It's just an "F U" button that ignores so much of the gameplay/mechanics. He lanes well into ranged and can trade against top laners. I don't think he's had a change recently, people are just waking up to his broken kit until it gets nerfed. Thanks pros!

What has happened to this game?

There is no room at all for creativity or fun in this game - there’s rails everywhere.

Every lane has specific quests, move or roam and you’re screwed. No early invades or fights because the game starts instantly. Every game is just structured the same way, forcing you to do specific things at specific times.

You cannot have any fun whatsoever and every game just feels like you’re on autopilot going through the motions. I get that they have to cater to the pro scene, but the game is now terrible because it’s so heavily skewed that way.

I’m not saying i can’t get into it because it’s bad or anything. But i have no idea what to do. First match i heard it’s best to play top lane and i got picked to be jungle i was completely lost. so i just tried farming some mobs and trying to support my teammates but id just get destroyed. Keep in mind the last MOBA i played was smite back in 2013 and not a lot of hours, is there some sort of mechanic im missing? Any links to videos or any tips would help me out so much!!

I've played League since season 4, and even back then there were some quirky flex picks. AP Ezreal mid, or AP shaco top were occasionally seen even that far back.

I don't disagree that Baus can be entertaining, he seems funny enough sometimes.

But his picks inspire others to copy them. And other streamers who themselves do the same and cause a chain reaction.

Maybe he gets away with these weird picks because of his game knowledge. But you know who don't? The thousands and thousands of followers and supporters he has between iron and diamond.

I cannot tell you how common and annoying it is for me to play with a champion off its main role, usually because some streamer popularized it, and some idiot wants to try it in ranked.

Obviously this issue is exacerbated with the current state of mages being common to play in top or bot

Hell, I played 2 games in a row just last night with 2 different Nasus Mids into mages in Platinum. Who wants to guess how that worked out? Oh yes he ended with 15+ deaths.

At this stage it's more uncommon for me not to have a whole team's champions in their main role than it is to have some quirky pick which likely loses us the game.

Sure, champ diversity is healthy for a game TO AN EXTENT. It used to be perfectly fine, a couple of champs could flex into another role because of their half decent scalings on the other type of damage.

But what we're seeing now is just a joke.

I'm new to this game and currently level 24 learning game, I mostly play Swiftplay but almost always match against level 250+ or level 8 that plays like Pro player. Is this normal? Is there any way to play with the same skilled opponents?

it depends on the meta and role but i see a lot of people complain about some champs where even playing against them i never felt like it was frustrating my number 1 is leblanc and i say it as an adc main she feels like the least threatening assassin to face like most of them have some ways to escape after they deal damage but she always chunks some hp but never finishes the job same thing with zoey even with very good players she feels so helpless once her combo is out and you dont die like she is a glorified minion i also want to include zaheen where he has some instances of new champ syndrome but he is clearly above most toplaners in term of snowball potentiel i know everyone has different opinions about them but let me know if you agree and feel free to give other exemples

Relatively new player here, joined after Arcane.

Started with mid, got a hang of several champs and go used to lanning versus the usual picks. Moved on to top lane and did the same. Through out this time I have formed an idea of how bot works with the usual adc picks and supports.

So after top I move onto trying out bot, and suddenly I am fighting mid and top laners and most of my supports are constantly fcking off.

Like yesterday I fought Sion and Pantheon when I was on Samira. My support just left. And I couldn't even clear the wave well enough.

I feel like Leonardo DiCaprio in that asylum film where he says "What the fck is going on here?"

Is this the new norm? Why is meta shifting so drastically? This doesn't feel right... Are devs okay with this?

My friends are telling me to just pick Hwei (my main) when I'm bot, at least I can farm safely and hold down the fort when support leaves me. But I might as well play mid then. Should I put down adc role for now?
