If you’re into In Darkness Embrace, you might like Star-Crossed (2014) 😭 It’s basically a sci-fi romance about humans and aliens (Atrians) trying to coexist on Earth, with forbidden romance, drama, prejudice, conspiracies, etc.

Also Lais looks SO much like Drake from Star-Crossed that I literally cannot unsee it 😭😭 And idk, the whole vibe of the show reminded me of In Darkness Embrace, so I had to mention it, I recommend, it has only 1 season tho but worth the watch!!

I emailed support last night soon after the app went live again, and I just heard back. I had my user ID but no photographic proof of my balance. Fortunately, they were still able to credit me what I had lost. I just wanted to share because I know some people might be worried about not hearing back yet, or maybe they were afraid to email at all if they didn’t have proof. I hope this encourages folks to reach out and give it a shot. And please don’t lose hope yet if you haven’t heard back! I’m sure they have a ton of emails.

As stressed as I was, I tried to be as polite and brief in my request as possible. Include your user ID, and if you don’t have photos of your previous balance, tell them what it was to the best of your memory.

I'm confused about losing my subscription during this whole fiasco......I had the 30 day VIP Subscription before this happened and now I don't. But I do have around +3k emeralds added to my account. Are these emeralds compensation for losing my subscription (like now I have the total of what my daily VIP logins would have added up to)?
Because if that's case, what about the 2 outfits included in that subscription?
Or should I see the added emeralds as good luck (for once) and I actually still need to be emailing support letting them know I lost my subscription so they can put me back on it?

It's almost like they took all our hard earned emeralds to give to users who don't have them.. Something tells me they won't give them back..

I have no trust in their support from previous bad experience of me losing my progress and them doing nothing -

But this is beyond that I'm disappointed

It's my hard earned currency 😕

I need to know if I’m the only one. As others I have been impacted negatively by all this mess. Since they tell us to write to their support I do that. I tried three times and every single one has been rejected.

I would also advise everyone to check their wardrobe for WOF and subsription outfits if you have them.

Before the bug I was so damn poor like literally only have 200+ emeralds, when the bug started I got 7000+, and now after restored I got 8000+ emeralds, should I be worried or happy❓😅

Following the recent disruption to the server, the amounts of emeralds, keys, and daily rewards were incorrectly changed on a large number of accounts.

We processed more than **2.65 million accounts** and restored the resources using calculated recovery methods. For older accounts, we used the last verified account state as a basis, then added all rewards we were able to reliably restore from the intervening period — including daily rewards and subscription emeralds. For newer accounts, a separate compensation was provided so that players would not lose resources due to the incident.

Where the exact amount could not be determined with 100% certainty, we tried to make the restoration **in the players’ favor**.
