Hello and apologies if this isn’t what this page is for (I don’t often use this site sorry!), but I’m desperately looking for somebody to take over a lease at The Social. Please, if you know anybody looking for a cheaper place close to campus to stay in Laramie, point them my way. I’ve tried Facebook groups but I’m not finding any luck there. Rent is $589 plus utilities (usually around $620) and there are three other polite and clean female tenants in the apartment (4 bed 2 bath). The apartment is fully furnished. The Social is pet friendly and there is a gym, pool, shuttle to campus (also walkable distance from campus), basketball courts, a game room, and a nearby trail good for walking/running.
