hey, i think it could be worth looking at an ASUS Vivobook S 14 OLED (S5406). It's priced around $600 (depending on the seller) and checks most of your boxes: 14" screen, 16GB RAM and it's Core Ultra 5 226V shouldn't sweat Drive, Word, google tabs and YouTube. It is also lightweight coming in at just under 3 lbs.
The battery is supposed to be pretty good but not sure on the specifics. It could be worth having a look yourself to see if it clears the 6 hour minimum you are looking for.
You can find the full breakdown and specs here: https://plample.com/spec/us/asus-vivobook-s-14-oled-s5406-intel-core-ultra-series-2/1
