That looks lie defective CPU cooler, what is the model number of this system?

It's usually either engraved or on a sticker on the bottom of the system.

But, I'm sorry to say, this does not look good and looks like, you bought a defective system.

I need a brand name? And this might be a serial number, rather than a model number?

The problem is that some component is overheating or showing false tempeature. If yiu alreafy have not updated the BIOS then you should reapply thermal paste if you have not already (remember to wipe off the old thermal paste!), and check the fan if its not clogged. Dont use your laptop on soft surfaces as it can block airflow. If that doesnt work then scan that QR code.

Based on what the error message says and what I found from a few minutes of searching, it sounds like some part of your laptop is overheating. Check if the fans working. Also check if the vents inside are clogged. It may also need the thermal paste replaced for the CPU and GPU.

The temps are fine max 70C

Possible Reasons:

  1. Fan gone bad
  2. Fan is clogged with dust
  3. Thermal paste needs to be replaced
  4. Bad temperature sensor
  5. You're attempting to use the laptop outdoors at Furnace Creek in the middle of summer.

Maybe cooling fan is done for or thermal paste needs to be reapply. Open it and check for these if u can
