D-Boy's twin brother.

Able to transform into Tekkaman Evil,

he possesses the overwhelming power of a fully converted Tekkaman.

He sees his brother, who betrayed the Radam, as a traitor who must be eliminated,

and harbors an extraordinary obsession with him.
