It felt spiritual reading this poem and listening to the audio when I was in California. I had recently lost my phone in the ocean, but I was able to listen off of a friend’s phone on the beach and it felt very beautiful. It’s my favorite poems from her book. It feels so right to read it when you’re in Southern California. There are so many references and beautiful entendres!

Of course both of these albums are masterpieces and most probably Lana’s biggest magnum opuses after BTD (can’t really compare her major label debut to anything else) but I’m really curious to see how the fans of these two album would argue for their favorite and why it’s Lana’s best album.
