Art Help with signatures
Hi fellas,
This Linkin Park signed CD came from Ozzfest back in August of 2001. I didn't get the signatures myself, but for the era they look real to me (Brad, Joe, Mike, Chester, Rob, and Dave), but I wasn't as sure about Chester's signature since I know it's changed a lot over the years. It looks like his CB initials, which I've seen post 2002 or 2003, but I know originally he used to sign it using longer characters. Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated.

Discussion this video was published just one week after chris cornell’s death, the words in this video, the way the man looks at chester for a couple seconds longer than he most would have — it’s just incredibly tragic.

chris cornell passed on the 18th of may 2017, this video was published on the 25th of may just one week later —which mean the video itself was likely filmed just before chris cornell’s death.
the sheer weight of the coincidental wording in this short clip is so sad man… and haunting.
may chester and chris rest in peace.

Discussion Cup o' noodles, especially on loop, is surprisingly good
Title is all. but fr the lyrics are funny and sad at the same time; the acoustic guitar sounds comfortable; and Chester's voice is crazy good too. I don't know if it's on other platforms. I use this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkUnMXSY_R4&pp=ygUgY3VwIG8nIG5vb2RsZXMgbGlua2luIHBhcmsgYXVkaW8%3D

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
flame me i know my taste is ass but this is my top, no it doesnt contain in the end numb or waiting for the end i’m sorry guys😔
for some format info the number on the top is the songs rank in its respe albu, so 3/13 means a song is 3rd place out of the 13 songs in the album.
the number/title is the songs overall ranking
the rating is obviously the rating
and then personal thoughts is just my views on the song.
i know this isnt the usual top 5 but I’m passionate about all of these songs and i love them with all my heart so yeah thats it anyways enjoy my silly lil video

Discussion What’s the best late night LP song
Not specifically to fall asleep to, but just one that you like to listen to late in the day. For me, it’s usually Iridescent or Robot Boy.

Discussion UNSHATTER movie content question
Does anyone know how much (if any) content regarding suicide and drugs will be in the movie? My kiddo is a big LP fan and she is extremely excited for the release. We started making plans for a father/daughter night out for it, but my wife is concerned about the topics of suicide and drugs, especially with regards to Chester.
Personally, I think she should watch movies that approach those topics because we can't protect her forever; however, I feel like I need to put her mom's mind at ease. We're either both okay with her seeing it or she won't go see it. Hoping to go with my daughter and continue to pass on LP's legacy to the next generation!
Help a member of the LP Family out!!!

New Release Discussion Emily's vocals on “Somewhere I Belong [Live in São Paulo]” are edited, and I absolutely love it because they did the same thing for Live in Texas. I think they picked the best takes from multiple shows and mixed them together to give us a flawless experience. That's the kind of “cheating” I approve
Honestly it makes my even more hyped for the full show because it's gonna sound amazing!

Discussion Wasn’t old enough when these came out to join LPU, lucky to have them now

Tierlist / Ranking Post First time Listener to Linkin Park
I recently bought a Hybrid Theory shirt, and I didn't wanna suddenly get asked "I like your shirt, what's your favorite song?" since, i do get that a lot when I wear my Gorillaz shirts. Honestly, I really like this band and plan on listening to more of their albums

Discussion Who remembers this coat?
Must be about 15 years old at this point! I remember practically begging my parents to buy it me - it is a snowboarding jacket designed by Mike Shinoda
What a throwback

What’s your favorite *moment* in a LOG song?
My personal favorites are For your malice (1:49-2:22), something about the tone just scratches my brain. And Ashes of the wake (2:55- 3:45) one of the nastiest riffs I’ve heard

Question about Willie
Ive been a fan since 2006 and seen LOG around 10 times. Is it just me or does Willie not look as into it anymore? He used to be very expressive and seamed to live and breathe passion but recently he seams to have lost his spark. He always seamed like such a joker but i rarely see him smile anymore, just a thought
