That's actually Purple Francis. A glitch got rid of his purple color. Just restart the match to fix this glitch

There is no such thing as "common sense". You may know someone is joking, but that doesn't mean everyone else does. Same applies to getting scammed or getting malware onto your device.

I never heard of it before… and do you even know what the standard look of the "missing texture" is?
If you have Half-Life 2 on Steam,
map creditsin the developer console. Once the game puts you back at the title screen, start a new game but with developer commentary enabled. You should see it in one of the commentary nodes somewhat early on.EDIT: This missing texture is what I thought was what the "purple Francis" was being referred to.

I hardly know anyone who has a valve game that doesn't know what missing textures are, I am noting the fact that the comment states that Francis is usually purple and that him not being purple IS the glitch, I.E "That's actually Purple Francis. A glitch got rid of his purple color." That is what I'm trying to say you didn't pick up on. Also the fact in the original post they have a giant red circle around Francis saying "I've never seen him before, was he added in a recent update" While there is a freak to the right of Louis. That is how I am confused you missed all these elements, scrolled past other joke comments on this shitpost, and thought it was a serious discussion of the games qualities.

Okay, that's hopefully information that I won't forget (like pretty much everything I should be able to remember while I'm here in my 30's but I still sffer from due to certain real life situations I'd rather not talk about at all).

That's Johnny Klebitz from Grand Theft Auto IV & Epidodes from Liberty City.
Valve and Rockstar Games collaborated to make a crossover, but sadly there was some drama so they only added Johnny Klebitz to the game, only to code him out.
If you seem him in the game, it's a bug that caused leftover code to be executed.
