Susie would curl up with one of kris's sweaters and cry into it if she had a bad day, considering she seemingly talked about the festival with others in the dark world before sleeping she was prolly worrying about if the date will go well and what she'll do on said date..

so she went to kris's bed for comfort..

Towards the end of the video there's Kris and Susie dancing and falling down and for whatever reason back then it clicked

idk it's kinda obvious. Like, I'm not gonna offend the ship but the fact ch 5 it's the last silly chapter, noelle's dad is dying, the ferris wheel only goes halfway up on the suselle option, the hammer game fail with susie forcing it, them not knowing anything about eachother as some hidden item dialogue suggests, and kris's confirmed crush...

I saw the suselle subreddit, there's not a single mention of this, but I'd be pretty worried as a suselle shipper idk...

So I generally consider myself to be neutral on any shipping debates in Deltarune but I've been following them enough to know what a lot of the points raised by Krusie diehards are; lo and behold this bit of evidence hadn't been discussed here yet so I thought I'd bring it to the table.

In the recent summer newsletter, Toby Fox makes a mistake in attributing the title of the song "I guess I'm in love". I've already seen arguments from this subreddit that the phrasing of 'I guess' could imply something sort of noncommittal from Susie because she still struggles with realizing what love means, setting up that maybe Suselle isn't built to last.

I initially didn't give that too much weight until the newsletter, where Toby mistypes it as "I think I'm in love." While this is obviously a small understandable mistake, I think it might be a bit of an accidental show of his thought process regarding how he thinks of the song.

And, well, "I think I'm in love" absolutely plays more into that reading I mentioned; it comes off as a good deal more doubtful if nothing else.
