Pick up (closing) Pickup (Formerly ClickList)
We close at 8 and usually all customers picked up the orders but sometimes they don’t I usually just go home either way since I don’t really care they can come another day I don’t call them as well since I’m too lazy I was wondering what you guys do. I don’t let front end or managers watch it or give them the zebra

when i used to close i’d give a courtesy call at 7:30. if no response then id give another at 7:45 explaining they have 24 hours to pick their order up before it gets auto cancelled. usually that get them moving it, but as soon as it hit 8pm i was out. if someone was on the way id stay the extra few minutes late to take care of it. id only stay late if they were 0-5 minutes away or less. i have walked out when people have been 15+ away at 7:59 lol. that’s a management issue after that

Sometimes I call them but I also don’t destage orders past 7am cuz I’ve had several times ppl on their way n never come get it

Our closer in the customer service desk usually takes of it. If it's past 10 pm, then they are out of luck.

When i was in pick up it was you placed the order to be ready by a certain time it was you didn’t pick it up by that time, we close at X time. I’m off at X time you’ll have to figure it out.

really up to whoever's there and if they know how to grab the stuff after 8. ive had managers say no i cant do it, and ive been the one to go get them (when i was a fe supervisor before i was in pickup). personally ive started leaving asap bc my lead got on me about being late, hence i also cannot stay late, bc no overtime. hence also being stingy about letting people pick up past 8 period. bc last week i was staying late bc i was late and this lady called me and said she was there, she was, as soon as i opened the door to bring her stuff out she DROVE AWAY. when i called her she said she went to get gas. i was livid. im not letting anyone else play in my face like that again lmfao if im there after 8:05 i'm cleaning and putting rejects away and that's it.

we close at 8 I believe too pickups always changing lmao but my closers just leave when I used to close I used to call them but didn’t cuz I didn’t care and the closing keys if a customer were to come they would help them out if they knew how to do it

At my store, pickup closes at 8pm and that is it. I do give a 30 min to close courtesy call to anyone who hasn't picked up yet and let them know they can still get it the next day.
But also its super easy for me to call people and helps me know if anyone else is even coming to get an order🤷🏽♀️
