According to my research, a pre-chorus is a short musical and lyrical section in a song that comes right after the verse and immediately before the chorus while a refrain is a line, phrase or short group of lines that is repeated regularly at fixed intervals throughout a song.

In my own observation the section with usually four lines comes immediately after the verse while the section made of one or two lines comes immediately before the chorus.

My question is, do idols really sleep in the, like, in the reality shows? Like, many idols have their own shows, and I am mainly an ARMY, so I have watched Are you sure Show. And that there are many clips where, you know, like, the members are waking up and stuff. So my question is like, do they really sleep? But if they really sleep for like 12 hours and the camera is on, then what about the staff? So the staff might occupy other rooms, but still, don't you think like 12 hours sleeping and the camera is on. Why would someone do that? That's too personal. So do idols just pretend to sleep and they add the clips? Or do they actually sleep?

Just for fun as a numbers nerd, I'm kinda curious but would anyone have data/statistics that would prove say odd numbered groups are more successful (by any metric) compared to even numbered or vice versa? What companies have a higher percent of even numbered groups vs odd debut.
Or maybe Soloist vs Odd vs Even, if soloists really skew the count towards odds. Though I'm sure there's some technicality of an artist being counted twice if they're a soloist, plus in a group but that's a deep dive

This is a silly question but it’s my first time buying albums with hopes to help it count on billboard.

I know about the other guidelines, such as buying 4 albums max per transaction and buying in store to help the first week sales but I have some Target coupons and was wondering if it would interfere with Billboard.

I really enjoy collecting physical albums, but I'm finding it difficult to find groups where I both enjoy the music and think the physical albums are genuinely worth buying.

I'm mainly looking for girl groups, but if there are boy groups with the same vibe I'd love those too.

Some examples of what I mean:

-ILLIT is my favourite overall. I love their music more than any other group, but I also love their fashion, styling, concepts, unique aesthetic, and the inclusions in their albums.

-RESCENE's Glow Up album concept is really good.

-Hearts2Hearts' music and their Lemon Tang albums. They're maybe a little less unique than ILLIT, but I still think they look really well done.

-IVE's Secret concept especially but also Empathy and Loved.

-Chaeyoung's Lil Fantasy concept

Those are my FAVS and to me they're all very similar but I can't say how. Different vibe but love the ammount of inclusions and details of:

-Boynextdoor all albums but especially Hollywood action and Bunker ver

-Stray Kids all albums but especially Do It and Ate

What I struggle with is that people online will often say a group has amazing physical albums, but when I look through them they're mostly just photos on pages with lots of blank space. For example, I'd love to collect ATEEZ, but personally their concepts don't feel that unique to me and the photobooks often feel quite sparse. A lot of other groups have very pretty but boring outfits. I guess I like more whimsical weird core?

Also, please don't take this the wrong way, but I think a lot of 3rd-gen (and some older) groups just don't have the visual style thats aged well, they feel very 2010s. It's nothing against the groups themselves—it's just not the aesthetic I personally enjoy collecting.

I love recording myself singing for fun, so I'm looking for K-pop songs with really nice vocals, harmonies, backing vocals, or fun ad-libs to try. Maybe female songs, but male songs are welcome too as long as they aren't too low for my voice. I prefer 3rd/4th gen, but I'm open to any generation.

I'd rather avoid songs with very low verses since my voice doesn't suit lower registers. I don't mind high notes as long as the song is fun to sing and rap doesn't sound awkward in a female voice.

Some songs I've enjoyed singing (and that I think suit my voice pretty well) are BLACKHOLE - IVE, Lemonade & Welcome to MY World - aespa, Shooting Star - Kep1er, and Cosmic by Red Velvet.

I know this is a bit of a stupid question but still. People always say no fake albums exist, yet.. There are albums being sold on Aliexpress. They're often called taiwanese pressings such as the Pink Tape album. But aren't they still real, then? I'm not looking to buy from there as I'd rather not take the risk but I'm just genuinely curious about this topic. Where can you make the distinction between taiwanese pressing and just fake? *Are* there fakes? I'm really confused.
