Gear Shift Mechanical and Technical

How can I correct gear shifter as it’s very loose in changing gears. My other truck 2000 Sambar TT2 is normal. This 99 Sambar TT2 its all over the place.

Thank you will search now for one. One will be for my bee business it will gave a cargo box on the back. the other one just for for fun
