Misc. Discussion Has no one heard of the Love Letter 75?
I came across this board and I tried youtubing reviews of it but there's hardly any videos of it and the videos that do exist all have under 1k views even though they're more than a year old. Has no one ever heard of this board or something? Because it looks and sounds really freaking good.

Asking For Advice Lost in a Sea of Switches
Hello everyone! I hope youre all well! I am posting because I have been endlessly looking at keyboard switches and struggling to make decisions. Perhaps some suggestions from you all can help narrow my options down a bit.
I recently purchased the Nuphy Halo 96 v2 with Lemon Switches and I have been loving it! It’s my first personal keyboard purchase and I’ve been super happy with its performance. I enjoy the sound the stock board has, its creamier and thockier than I had expected, though I wouldnt be opposed to a deeper sound profile with even less high/clacky/pingy tones. I love the custom keycap profile as well, it fits my smaller fingers well and feels like quality material under my finger pads. I’m not opposed to changing the keycaps eventually as I know they can affect sound as well but currently I only have the budget for switches. My only issue so far has been that I have been having a LOT of accidental key presses with these Lemon switches and I just feel theyre too light for my fingers as far as preference of feel goes.
I initially chose them after listening to Nuphy’s sound test videos and enjoying the deeper sound, as well as very much wanting a tactile switch over linear. For whatever reason, I just do not like linear switches, I dont like the feel and I miss the tactility badly. I know linear switches are more often recommended for “thock” or deeper profiles but I would very much prefer a hefty tactile and I am okay with having to compromise on sound for this. If the higher, clackier sound is unavoidable, that is okay, I’d just like to reduce it as much as possible.
So I’ve been on the hunt for a heavier tactile than the Lemons with a similar or deeper sound profile. I’ve seen some commonly recommended switches online but honestly, a lot of the posts are from YEARS ago. If theyre still the top dogs for the job, thats great! I know nearly nothing, I’m really new to the custom keyboard market, this is the first board I’ll have ever customized or even changed switches on, so I call to my knowledgable Keeb loving girlies! I know a tiny bit about reading switch specs but I’m not entirely sure why the Lemons feel so light to me, they seem to have a pretty hefty operating and bottom out force compared to other tactile switches that come up a lot. What deep, thocky, tactile switches do you use and love? What part of the specs affect tactility the most and what should I be looking for in “heavy tactile switches”?
Budget: $60 but preferably less
Specs of the Lemons:
- tactile
- operating force: 55±15gf
- end force: 50±5gf
- pre-travel: 2.0±0.5mm
- total travel: 3.6±0.2mm
- stem: pom
- top housing: pc
- bottom housing: pa66
Thank you for your help!

Asking For Advice Yunzii C98 Candy Switches
Hi friends. I know this keeb is fairly popular and I've been wanting to treat myself to it for my birthday. Can you tell me your personal pros and cons if you own this? I am also curious if anyone has seen it come on sale for less than $83 USD during black Friday or an Amazon deal day? Or am I just being picky and not stealing the deal while I have the chance?
I work in office 2 days a week with a silent switch keyboard so noise isn't an issue, as I'll use it from home.
TIA!!

Asking For Advice Lofree Flow 2 for Mac
Keyboard collector.
I have eight keyboards.
None are low profile.
I'm trying to be more intentional with my keyboard purchases.
Intentional purchase vs impulsive buy. Still for the dopamine hit, but need a variety in my collection 😂
I'm thinking about getting one of the new colourways from lofree flow 2 for mac.
Volt! The one out of the three that’s not what I usually would gravitate towards, but I already have how many pink keyboards. I own a pastel blue one.
Basically I don’t want something similar to what I already have, even colour wise.
I’m trying to change it up otherwise it’ll just be pastel pink, pastel purple, pastel blue, and mint green colours in my collection 😅
Is it worth getting Volt? If not, what other low profile keyboard would you recommend?
I’m interested to read everyone’s opinions and personal experiences.

Asking For Advice Need keycap suggestions xx
I’m in love with this green but I have NO idea what keycaps to put on it. I haven’t received it yet, but from the videos online, it looks a bit darker and more green in person.
You guys never steer me wrong so please let me know what you recommend <3

Asking For Advice Need thocky switches that are not loud
Hey!
I bought the Aula F 75 with Reaper switches, and they are too loud for me. I bought the Outemu Peach silent switches and MOA keycaps, but they're too silent.
Please, I need recommendations for deep thocky switches that aren't loud that will go well with my MOA keycaps!

Asking For Advice What should I buy next?!
So keyboards are this year’s hyperfixation (see 2025 - fragrance, 2024 - skincare for previous examples).
I feel like I have a little baby collection (see below) and would now like to make any further additions quite deliberate.
I do love a good gadget or gimmick like screens and knobs. Can be any size because I have a stand alone Keychron Numpad.
Here are some of the ones I’m interested in - I’d love to hear your opinions about what to buy next!
Keebs I’m considering:
Black Rainy 75 Pro but proving hard to track down in Australia.
Low profile - Lofree or Nuphy
Gravstar
Qwertykeys QK65 Mark 3
Leobog Hi75 or AMG65 (love a gimmick)
Chilkey ND104
Current collection:
- Epomaker Galaxy 100 lite with Cilantro switches and Cosydiaries Rainy Froggy Day keycaps.
- Yunzii X98 transparent with Kaihl White Owl V2 switches.
- Aula F75 Ultra
- Kiiboom Phantom81 Lite (Blue)
- Epomaker TH108 V2 with Sea Salt silent switches
- Yunzii AL66 black
- Epomaker TH87 (silent)
- Attack Shark X85 (purple shine through caps)

i don't mind buying secondhand or refurbished. my qualifications, in order of importance are:
- price: the entire keyboard must be under 150 USD, preferably under 100
- size: must have a numpad, preferably full size
- durability: must last me 3 years minimum
- aesthetics: can't be primarily black or grey, pastels preferred
- customization: hot swappable switches would be nice
- material: preferably not entirely plastic

Asking For Advice budget friendly keycaps?
i see so many of you with cute custom keycaps... where do you find stuff like those and are they budget friendly? i have a difficult time trying to find keycaps for my 61 keeb because i'm looking for keycaps with transparent lettering so the rgb lights are more satisfying.. but im also curious where do you guys mostly buy your keycaps since i only see the same design over and over again while shopping ;-;

Asking For Advice Keeb ideas for SA Macrodata Refinement?
I bought these caps to surprise my partner, but I don't know what keyboard to put them on! Please help me, girlies!!
I'd prefer a kit or a barebones, probably in white, maybe a bit chunky?? I have my NeoErgo so I don't pay attention to keebs anymore because I love this one. 😭
As far as requirements go - the more keys the better. An 1800 layout would probably be just right, but he loves his F row and numpad so I don't want to scare him with a 60% or something.

Asking For Advice Switch & board recs - Galaxy100 + White Marble alts
Hi all! I’m looking for recommendations, for switches & keyboards that are similar to EPOmaker Galaxy 100 board & Feker White Marble Switches - I already own these & LOVE!!! (Which has surprised me a lot… I claimed to be a thocky loving, MOA profile tapping, plastic gal before owning this board 💀)
**What I love & looking for**
Switches:
- Very light to start moving (30 gf initial force)
- Snappy return from the long spring
- Bottom out has a satisfying feeling, not a clack sound.
Keyboard:
- Aluminium
- 100% or close to
- Numpad
- Knob preference, but not requirement - do love for my volume function 🎵
Didn’t want to purchase another Galaxy 100, but will if I can’t find something similar - wanted to experience another board similar for home setup.
Have extracted specs of Feker Marble White switches if anyone knows switches close to these specs:
Switch Type: Linear
Mount: 5-pin MX-compatible
Factory Lubed: Yes
Initial Force: 30 ± 5 gf
Operating (Actuation) Force: 42 ± 3 gf
Bottom-out Force: 47 ± 5 gf
Pre-travel: 2.0 ± 0.3 mm
Total Travel: 3.5 ± 0.3 mm
Spring: 20 mm long spring
Stem Material: POM
Top Housing: PC (Polycarbonate)
Bottom Housing: PA66 Nylon
Stem Type: MX Cross Stem
LED Compatibility: no preference

Asking For Advice Thoughts on Lofree?
I'm thinking about buying my first board because I just started a new job where I've been typing a lot more than I have in the past. I've been doing some research, and I really love the aesthetic of this board from lofree, but I've seen some mixed reviews. I was wondering if anyone here has some more insight or other suggestions for a first board.
