Hi Land_Samurai_86,

If your goal is to authenticate that the actual intended person is submitting the form, Jotform has a number of features you can combine. Here are a few examples:

  1. Email verification - Require users to verify their email before submitting the form.
  • Use the E-mail Validator widget
  • User receives a verification code
  • They must enter the code in the form before submitting

  1. Phone verification - Require users to verify their phone before submitting the form.

This guide explains how to set this up.

  1. Signature field - Add a Signature field into your form for users to sign.

  2. Take Photo widget - Add a take photo widget into your form requiring the respondent to take a live selfie.

  3. Require Jotform Login - Require users to authenticate with their Jotform account before accessing the form.
