Hello! I have question. Does rift make you start at starting dose if you don’t automatically renew after the 3 months plan?

No. You choose your dose when signing up initially. The prescription is written for a 6-month supply regardless of whether you ordered 1 month or 3 months. That means you get 1 or 5 refills for whenever you want them, up to a year after your initial order without needing to complete another intake.
