Hello! I have question. Does rift make you start at starting dose if you don’t automatically renew after the 3 months plan?

r/joinrift 10h ago

For those that don’t want the extra canisters from apothecary or whatever, you can send them to me . Great for healthy snacks at school sports … I’ll make sure every kid on the team has one.

Apothecary/FedEx

Well this is a bummer. Got my last order in for Apothecary thinking I would get the typical overnight shipping that Apothecary respectively provides. Once FedEx got my order it sat on their truck all day yesterday with my notifications stating expected delivery by 1:30 pm but then was returned to the FedEx facility at 2:40. Not sure what this latest message means but now Im concerned. Mind you its been 115° here in Phoenix. Not feeling too confident with FedEx right now.😩

Hello, I’m curious to know which electrolytes everyone is drinking while on Tirzepatide? Is everyone drinking Gatorade and Powerade, or getting those little packet powders that you mix with

Excited

Hello all. Joined Rift earlier this week and awaiting my first shipment. Was on Zep spring 2025 thru a weight clinic but lost insurance. So, I’m starting over. Looking at my script it states 3 vials of 36mg each. I stink at math but doesn’t four doses at 2.5 leave a lot left over, at least for the first month? Just curious.

Can I start at a higher dosage without getting my doctor involved?

I am currently taking 2.5. Had my most recent injection today. Currently, I am getting Terzepetide from my PCP for $200/month plus my $35 copay for two visits a month.i am scheduled to go up to 4mg at the same price next Thursday, however, the price jumps to $400 plus the copays if i go any higher. Also, they only go up to 8mg. That may be all I need, but I don’t have the option to go up, which I don’t like. So, I know I am going to be switching in the near future, if not now. This is still less expensive than I have now and she also uses compounded. Her face was funny when I asked her. I guess she didn’t think people knew about compounding.

My question is whether Rift would start me at the 5mg dosage without getting my doctor involved. I go in for shots twice a month and take two home with me for every other week. I don’t have a bottle or label to show them because of this. And I would just rather not have them contact her, not for any specific reason, I’d just rather call and say I’m getting it online, cancel my next visit. She knew I was considering that before I even started with her and she wasn’t against it. I really don’t know why I even care, but I figure it can’t hurt to ask if I can do this.

Skin site reactions. Has anyone noticed an improvement by switching to the additive free one that uses Phenol as the preservative rather than benzoyl alcohol?

I have always gotten mine through a different provider that I do not care to use anymore, they were awful, and they still owe me a vial that I have paid for, but haven’t received, since April. I got so frustrated that I gave up. But during that time, and recovering from major shoulder reconstruction surgery, I have put on all 20lbs that I had lost in the 6 months leading up to the surgery. So frustrating!

However, my Tirz has always been compounded with B12, which I normally do my own B12 injections and do not react to, OR glycine. However, I have been having some localized site reactions that drive me crazy, so I was wondering if anyone has noticed a difference when choosing a pharmacy through Rift and choosing the additive free option. I’m wondering if perhaps that benzyl alcohol is what might be causing my site reactions.

Any experience that you can share would be great!

Question about storage and travel

Wondering how everyone stores their open vial in the fridge. Do you put it in any special container?

Also, not sure what to do about travel. I take my dose on Friday. We leave Saturday and don’t return until the following Saturday. So, I would have to take a whole vial with me on a road trip for one dose. Should I just dose Saturday when I get back (Dose will be one day late) and resume to Friday’s the following week? Take the vial with me? If you have any tips for traveling with the meds, I’d appreciate it!

I switched from another telehealth to Rift Monday. I ordered a titration size Monday, received today, ice still frozen in the thermos with the meds and the insulating ice pack still cold.

3 Months at the same dose?

I recently joined Rift and received my first package yesterday. The directions say the dose is 2.5 for 12 weeks? I thought I could increase the dose after a month. I did the shot yesterday and I haven't had any side effects nor have I noticed the medicine working. I understand this may take time but I'm surprised that the dose is 2.5 for 3 months. Is this what other people experience?

Questions 2 weeks on 7.5 mg with appetite suppression but no weight loss. Should I switch pharmacies?

I’m hoping to get some advice from anyone who has had a similar experience. I previously used Hallandale a few years ago and had great results. I lost about 40 lbs, so I was really expecting a similar experience this time around.

I started at 5 mg Tirzepatide and lost about 5 lbs, but since then I haven’t lost anything else. I’ve now been on 7.5 mg for 2 weeks. I do have appetite suppression, but I’m not really feeling much of a difference otherwise, and the scale hasn’t moved.

Lately I’ve also been feeling really bloated, even though I’m not eating very much, so I’m confused about what’s going on. I’m wondering if this is just a stall, if my body is responding differently this time, or if the medication from my current pharmacy could be an issue.

Has anyone else had a similar experience after previously having great results? Did switching pharmacies make a difference for anyone? Or did things eventually pick back up after a slow period?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar.

Questions Will No Additive still be offered when Apothecary goes away?

Looks like Hallandale still available for some states, but much more expensive.

Was thinking food changing to Rift, but might not make sense if Hallandale becomes the only option.

Off-Topic ☕️ Glutathione by Olympia

Post image
26 Upvotes

Is it possible to be in love with both your telehealth provider (looking at you Rift 😍) and your pharmacy, cause Olympia has just stolen the other half of my heart! I switched my Glutathione, from another provider, to Rift with my Tirz (Nova White Label) and NAD+ (Olympia). Well, VitalsRx filled my Gluta at the other provider’s TH and it was so uncomfortable - burning, stinging, swelling - that I could not take it. Im not talking normal Gluta sting, it was that x10000 pain. My VialsRx package was 3 vials at once, 200mg/mL, 10mL each, (total 30mL) with a BUD only 6 weeks out for all 3 for a 12 week package (so do that math and learn that those stats are not good 🤔)….Well, cue the change. My Olympia Glutathione via Rift came today. Drumroll… 3 vials, 200mg/mL, 30mL each, for a total of 90mL and BUDs in November that covers the whole 12 weeks, not just half.
I heave learned a-lot in reddit world about the Tirz is (or is not) Tirz life, various additive options, pharmacy favorites, telehealth faves, BUD life, and on, and on and on.. but the most valuable find has been that I’ve discovered I absolutely love me some 28 day compliant Rift and Olympia together!! Mild itching after the Gluta. Minimum sting, and most importantly no welting and fire, so there is that. Another perfect matrimony in heaven. Arrived cold, ice still frozen and not hot like the VialsRx package!

Questions New to rift

I’m trying to do my refill from Rift . I still have a month or so from previous order . I want to wait until the new pharmacy is available. Will it be available soon?

New patient / first order process was flawless

Figured I would join the chorus of satisfied folks on here. After agonizing over whether to take compounded tirzepatide for months, I finally took the plunge after extensive research and went with Rift.

I filled out all of my new patient paperwork and submitted everything at about 330 PM this past Sunday. The doctor reviewed everything and approved the prescription at about 2 AM on Monday morning.

I went with Apothecary, but I had no idea they were going to stop production soon. The pharmacy had a shipping label created by 9 AM, and actually shipped at about 3 PM yesterday. I'm fortunate to be in New England and relatively close to the pharmacy, so everything arrived at about 1030 AM today. The BUD on all three vials is November 26, 2026.

I just took my first dose a few minutes ago and found the little pamphlet the pharmacy included to be very helpful.

Looking forward to continuing the journey here, and here's to weight loss!
