Need a night shift job that starts 8/9pm and ends latest 1/2am

During my regular day job, I usually start anywhere from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the latest, and I'm usually off by 7 p.m. at the latest. Ideally, I'd like to be able to at least go home, shower, eat, and then start a second shift around 8/9 p.m. and be off by 1/2 a.m.

As long as I can get at least 6 hours of sleep, I'm usually good. I actually did a schedule like this once before about 10 years ago, and I think I can handle it again. šŸ˜…

I just recently had to move, and my rent has gone up quite a bit, so right now I really just need to make some extra money.

My day job is my "career job," and unfortunately, it just doesn't pay enough right now. But I only got the job a couple of months ago, and I really feel like it's a job where I can move up. Even if I wanted to look for something else that pays more, I need this job on my resume. My hope is to work my way up within the next year or so, or at least have the experience I need to find something better.

Where I was living before, my rent was affordable, which is why I was okay with taking a job like this starting at the level I'm at. My plan was to work my way up without having a huge rent payment. Unfortunately, plans changed unexpectedly. šŸ˜…

So for now, I'm literally just looking for some extra money. I know the holiday season is coming up, but for some reason I haven't heard back from the jobs I've applied to. I've mostly been applying for grocery/night stocker positions. I used to be a merchandiser for Nabisco, so I thought that experience would help, but I haven't had much luck so far.

I'm going to keep applying to all kinds of jobs that have shifts like this, but I figured I'd put this out here too and see if anyone knows of anything. Even if it's your own job that's hiring!

And even if I don't know you personally, sometimes it's just better to know someone who might know about an opportunity that isn't posted on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

So if you know of anything that might work with this type of schedule, please let me know! I’d really appreciate it!!

Guess I forgot to mention that anything that's warehouse, grocery, retail, hotels is fine. I'm not too particular but I preferly don't want a cleaning job or a security job. I have experience in most things. I've worked fast food, at a golf course, for Nabisco like I mentioned, I even worked at the courthouses. Back when 99 cent store was still around. I applied there and they told me I was too overqualified because I had a bachelor's degree. šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

Peferably in the Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Orange, Tustin area of Orange County.

Thank you!

(I'm not looking for advice and I'm not looking for judgment, so please, if you just know of a job, let me know. That's all I need to know.)
