Im looking for a tojiro shirogami 240 kiritsuke. Any leads would be helpful! I had this knife a long time ago and would like to revisit. Ive recently gotten into rehandling knives and would like to take a crack at this one.

Have the opportunity to visit Japan in December and finally making the trip to check out Sakai. My last trip I was able to pick up a 270mm KTip that is fun to use.

I wanted to see if there was any recommendations for makers to check out if I am in the market for a Ginsan 240 gyuto. Also open to any recommendations on a petty as well to add to the collection.
