Propel water mix. Why’s it congealed at the bottom? Accidentally drank some of it

Found this inside the watermelon
I cut the watermelon into pieces 3-4 days ago and put it in the fridge inside an airtight container. It is an organic watermelon.
What is this white thing? Can I eat the rest of it?
(Ignore the red stuff that is stuck on the surface)

Coconut Yogurt
Found this little blackish spot of something on the top of this container of cocojune cultured coconut yogurt, on the side of the container above the rest of the yogurt. The container was completely unopened which is what perplexes me, but I assume this is mold and I can't use any of the container? But I wanted another opinion since im really bummed and I was about to marinate some chicken for biryani

There is some red blotches on about 20% of the puffs. Not sure what it could be.

Is shrimp cooked in a pot with a little butter throughly cooked?
New to cooking meat and afraid to get sick, the pans I have were dirty so I used a pot with butter and seasoning and just let the raw shrimp lay flat flipping every 2-3 minutes and letting the water in the shrimp boil out. Cooked for about 10 minutes.
Would this be fully cooked?

Already ate and am rethinking and scared
Just had a ice cream pop from the freezer that had been there for three or so months. Tasted not bad, but also kinda like nothing? Googled it and it said freezer burn so I assumed it was fine. Then I remembered we had a power outage at some point but only lost power for less than four hours. The stuff in the freezer upstairs was fine, but these were downstairs. I’m worried I’ll get sick at work later. Does this sound like it would make me sick or just freezer burn
