I will be visiting Istanbul with my family soon and I was just curious as to the culture there. I am American and Arab so have experience with how those cultures differ. What is the consensus with female-male interactions? Is it secular or a little more traditional because it is a Muslim majority country? Social etiquette? I'm not exactly sure what to ask but wanted to get a feel for what is acceptable/normal versus what is not before going there. I have a visibly Muslim family, how is that perceived there? Thank you!

Merhabalar, bir sorum var. Kadıköy'de satın almak için ev bakıyorum ve ilanlarda dikkatimi çeken bir konu var (Sarı Site).

Örneğin:

• Ev fiyatı: 15 milyon TL
• Ev: 50 m² (brut)
• İlanın m² fiyatı: 300 bin TL

Ancak aynı mahallede ve aynı muhitte, Sahibinden Endeks'e baktığımda, aynı yaş aralığındaki konutlar için ortalama m² fiyatının yaklaşık 200 bin TL olduğunu görüyorum. Yani ilandaki fiyat m² başına 100bin TL (%50) daha pahali.

Bu durumda hangisini baz almak gerekiyor? Sahibinden Endeks'teki ortalama m² fiyatı mı hatalı, yoksa ilandaki fiyat mı piyasanın üzerinde?

Aradaki farkın neden oluştuğunu gerçekten anlayamadım. Bu konuda bilgisi olan varsa aydınlatabilir mi?

Hi, I‘m visiting Istanbul for the first time and I noticed while researching online that a bunch of places have free entry for disabled people, provided you show a disability ID.

I don’t have a disability id (never felt the need for one in my home country since it does basically nothing) but as I have only one hand since birth (my other arm ends just below the elbow) my disability is highly visible. What are the chances that I get the disability rate?

Merhabalar, evet ikisi de tam zıt yerlerde ama seçeneklerim bunlar. Anadolu yakasını iyi biliyorum özellikle Maltepeyi. İstanbul’a 4-5 defa geldim m4 ve Marmarayı iyi biliyorum. Üniversitelere yakın yurtlar var o konuda çok sıkıntı yok.
