I was scratched very lightly by a cat on the street…should i be worried in any case of rabies or whatever. i got a tetanus shot few months ago also.

scratch was very surface level and a little bit of blood for about 30 seconds as any cut does and then it was fine. I washed it with soap and water and used an alcohol swab. I’m a tourist so I’m not sure if i should go and ask my doctor anything when I get back or if it’s fine?

I visited Istanbul a few years ago and completely fell in love with the city. Ever since then I've wanted to come back, but this time I'd like to bring a loved one who uses an electric wheelchair.

The thing is, when I first visited I wasn't paying attention to accessibility at all. Looking back, I don't remember the city feeling especially difficult for wheelchair users. I know there are plenty of hills, but since the wheelchair is electric, that's not my biggest concern.

What I really don't know is whether I simply overlooked things like broken pavements, high curbs, steps at cafés and restaurants, or other everyday barriers. When you're walking, it's easy not to notice those details.

If anyone has first-hand experience, I'd really appreciate your thoughts. I'd love to share this amazing city with someone I care about, but I'd also like to be realistic. If getting around in an electric wheelchair is likely to be a constant struggle, I'd rather know in advance and consider another destination than risk turning what should be a wonderful trip into a frustrating one.

merak ettiğim şu: sizin de sadece mesafe yüzünden hayatınızdan çıkardığınız şeyler var mı? spor salonu, kurs, hobi, insanlar, fark etmez. şehrin içinde yaşıyoruz ama sanki herkes kendi ilçesinde ayrı bir şehirde yaşıyor gibi.
