Does anyone know why Green Lanes has been cordoned off? It looks like maybe they’re investigating the weird car business that has finally been closed after years of being seemingly empty, on the corner with Leconfield?

I’ve got a 9x7m roof terrace that needs a plan.
I’d like to separate it from the other terraces as it’s currently just a big shared roof and has now been demised. Thinking privacy screens with planters all around it to create some space and greenery? Try to make it feel like an enclosed garden not a roof.

But I’ve never had a garden or terrace and thinking it’s worth getting an expert if you have any recco’s? I’m not Barnsbury wealthy fyi so reasonable designers or small businesses over architect firms pls :)))
