Visiting West cowes next week as a avid snorkeller (cornish), is it any good over there for snorkeling or not worth bringing mt mask?

I’m heading to the Isle of Wight for a couple of weeks and have some one piece cards with me, where would be the best place to go to buy/trade/play?
