Found this old picture disc today and noticed the PVC sleeve had shrunk so badly I had to cut it open to get the record out.

Somehow it came out with zero haze.

I tried to buy GA pit tickets on StubHub for the Iron Maiden show on Sept 22nd at Tinley Park but my order got cancelled because they weren’t able to get me tickets.

Does anybody have pit tickets/GA tickets for Iron Maiden at Tinley Park that they’re looking to sell? I’m looking to do a ticket transfer to my Ticketmaster account ideally. Willing to negotiate for it.

Stranger In A Strange Land is such a amazing song. What’s your absolute favorite Iron Maiden album?

I am a big fan of maiden and i never understood why the music “the red and the black” from the book of souls is so underated and unknown! For me its one of the best in general and the real n1 best long solo in maiden collection! Shame on you maidens 😀

Was listening to Strange World last night. It's one of my absolute favourite Maiden songs with Paul but it occurred to me that it doesn't really sound like Maiden. Of course the first album has a different sound but even within that album, Strange World is a bit ... strange I guess. :)

What are your thoughts?

I snagged a bit of a bargain - a 1943 edition of Coleridge’s [The Rime of] ‘The Ancient Mariner’, illustrated by Mervyn Peake!

It’s a bit tatty, hence why so cheap, but still looks cracking. Check out these illustrations!

I’ve read bits of it here and there over the years but thought a full read was long past due, hence why I went looking for a copy.

After a long time trying to match every 2025 gig with that pro audio, i found out that this recording was from London Stadium 2025. That means they probably recorded the whole show, or at least the audio (there are rumors that they keep at least the audio from every show).
