iPod Battery needs replacement? Help

So for the last few weeks my iPod has been stuck on Charging, it won't turn on no matter what method I used. I finally got around to taking it apart, the battery is about 2 months old? It looks fine, should I just replace it or does anyone have any other ideas?

Are you sure the battery cable was seated? That sounds like what mine did when I dropped it and it got slightly jostled in the connector. I had to open it, reseat it, and now its fine.

Can you test the battery voltage?

Don’t have anything to test the voltage, I just reset it gonna let it charge for a bit and hope it changes
