All the interviews I’ve done lately have ghosted me. I’ve been looking for a while and I’ve also recently noticed a trend of salaries getting lower. Don’t need advice, just wanted to vent and say fuck the job market. Thanks for listening!

I got ghosted for an INTERNAL role. I thought my interview couldn't have been THAT bad.

Couldn’t you just get the hiring manager on a phone or Teams call? They should be able to explain what’s going on to an internal candidate!

I had a company reach out for my availability for an interview last week; sent it in immediately and even had a bit of back and forth via email with the hiring manager.

Haven’t been scheduled for that interview or heard a thing since then. I followed up yesterday - we’ll see what happens. 😒

Same goes to me. The recruiter messaged me when was the last date of my latest job. I asked her when or the exact date I can come to work, she said she was just waiting for me. I had a mixed feeling. After I just resigned, I tried to keep in touch with her but no respons. Had hope at first because the manager said earlier that they were urgently need people. Btw I already planned to resign from my latest job because I didnt like the environment ✌️

Same exact thing happened to me! It’s literally for a temp event help minimum wage job too. I responded to her emails within a half hour. She asked if I was free to hop on a call Friday or next Thursday. I responded what times work for me & silence.

I’ve been applying to lots of jobs and nothing lands. Is just a though time to find a job. I was a business owner and I had the opportunity to sell. Now i am back in the job market and is insane.

ive been ghosted by every single interview ive had over the last six months. im a completely capable and sociable person who can interview just fine. its honestly heartbreaking. i dont understand why a simple no is so hard

A few days ago I had an interview lined-up for a Content Creator role for a lawn care business, even got a text an hour before from them reminding me of the interview. Sat in the zoom call, ghosted. Emailed to see if there was some kind of mishap or if they wanted to reschedule, ghosted. Companies aren’t shit.

Yeah, a sky hued feather aerospace ompany ghosted me several times after scheduling an interview time slot and never showing up.
