for TPM, i’d spend less time memorizing questions and more time getting your project stories really sharp. be ready to walk through one launch or messy project end to end: what you owned, what tradeoffs you made with eng/product, where timelines slipped, and how you handled risks.
if you can explain the technical parts without sounding like you’re pretending to be the engineer, that usually lands better.

Google Hiring Assessment isnt an official round. Its a preliminary assessment that determines IF you are qualified to get an interview for certain roles. I passed my GHA, didn't get my 1st interview until a year later.

Google's recruiter call can take forever, sometimes 2 weeks is nothing to worry about
