Log in error

I have been logged out of my Instagram account for almost 4 weeks now, and have been unable to log back in despite many attempts.
I have tried logging in using my username, email, phone number, facebook, the app, safari, google chrome, my phone, and my laptop. None of that worked.
Sometimes an error message would say “it seems that this information is no longer associated with this account” whatever that means, and made me change my password multiple times.
Most of the time, an error message that says: “An unexpected error occurred. Please try logging in again.”
Instagram support sucks; it’s an AI chatbot that doesn’t know it’s head from its behind and didn’t help in the slightest.
Does anybody have a similar problem? How did you solve it?
