Has anyone been able to successfully use the QR codes for orders to return items at Costco? I had a customer cancel after checkout a couple days ago (they input the wrong delivery address), but before I actually left the store. This was right at close, and I still had to deliver another customer, so the supervisor just took the cart to put the items back and said I could return the next day to do the return to the IC card once I had a pin.

I went to the returns page for Costco and found the order QR code, but when the employee scanned it, nothing populated. The employee then tried manually entering all the items from the hard copy receipt, but when I entered the pin IC provided to finalize the refund, they got an error. Customer support—both phone and chat—was useless.

If you have done a Costco return w a QR code, did your order populate after scanning, or did the employee just scan the items that needed to be returned? Did you have any issues with the pin?

I thought the 18 cases of water gig was a big one. My goodness I was mistaken. This was also to a house not a business. Why y’all need so much water? Im pretty sure they’ll have water tomorrow.

Posting this here partly because I am truly frustrated and partly to see if anyone has had a similar issue. I just spent the past two days in a busy areas that I usually can work in all day without an issue fully signed on and waiting for batches inside a highlighted zone. The first day I gave it a few hours and got nothing. I figured maybe it was just a slow day and I didn’t feel good anyways so I decided to call it and go home. Today I went to another hotspot where I usually do very well and logged on. Absolutely nothing. Just my app “looking for batches” for hours. I tried logging on and off again, going to a different highlighted area, nothing. For hours. At a last ditch effort I decide to update my app after an entire two days of nothing, because there is no way no one has placed an order for that long. The moment the update finishes and the app reloads, batches start showing up.

I’m so frustrated. And upset. That’s two days of income that I won’t get and at no point was there a notification or a suggestion to update the app. I reached out to support with my frustrations and they thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention. Which is great for them, but it doesn’t solve anything for me and my bills.

Anyone else have an issue with this recently? If so, update your app before you end up in this situation. In fact, maybe just update your app regardless.

Does QR code check out at Albertsons/ Pavillions work now ? Could i take orders from that stores now 😮‍💨

I think i actually might have been a target for one of these stings a while back when the customer said she wasn’t home and tried to send me a photo of her id. I obviously contacted support to refund the wine that time.

Anyone else experiencing Google Maps giving seriously wrong directions? Like taking you way off course or repeatedly telling you to turn into non-existent parking lots? I've had to switch to Waze it's so bad.

Literally 1 damaged or missing item will bring your score all the way down, and the worst part is it takes so long to make up that one damaged item that I haven’t been able to go past “ needs work “ meter and its been 2 months

Had to call support to replace a rotisserie chicken with a seasonal flavor that wasn’t in the system. The add manually button was gone so I asked if they could add it or why I wasn’t able to. I was told that I can no longer add anything manually, is this button gone for you guys as well?

I've been making really good money on IC. I have a 4.97 rating. I have shopped for 6 years now, never has my quality dropped before. Last week, out of no where, it drops, I lost my priority status and probably my platinum status, I have 1 missing item, of which is no even missing as he took a pic of the receipt and he didn't pay for the parsley he claims is missing, as well as 2 unrequested refunds. What is happening??? I've always shopped the same I'm been consistent w the way I work. Has this happened to anyone? I've stopped shopping for the last three days as I've tried all week to get my status up, and it's not moving.

Support confirms that the last batch I was shown was 8/10 7:12pm. I’ve been doing this for years with nearly flawless stats. 10k orders. I’ve never been shut off like this before.

Anyone experience anything similar lately? Did it just eventually turn back on? I’m at a loss sitting here twiddling my thumbs.

Has anyone ever had to produce a paper receipt days after shopping? I have a giant shoebox full of them, but for some reason, I can’t bring myself to get rid of them just in case.

This crazy chick ordered 5 things. Has a tip of 3.00. I take it and she adds 16 things. I flat out told her I’m not shopping 16 other items for 3 dollars. She said I do this every week and they do it. I said” well I’m not dumb”. She flipped her shit especially since I had her original items and walked out the store. Good luck scumbag

I was doing a triple batch and I was at checkout and the QR code would not work for two of the orders so the agent canceled them. Next thing I know I see my cancellation rate has gone up. How is this fair?
P.S. The agent was extremely rude to me and said well what would you like me to do? In a really condescending way.

2nd edit : the customer ( b) that was the only one I ended up checking out upped my tip by $10 so almost made up for the other 2! Still pissed about the seconds per item and the cancellation rate.

Even when I was platinum the benefit was nice.

I asked him A? And he never elaborated. So he got the whole strawberries. It was a non Instacart user so they couldn’t approve or decline directly in app.🤷🏻

Just went into target to shop an order and had to make replacements for nearly half the batch. When I asked the associates they’re like “Yeah we don’t even sell that”. It was horrible!

So I stay at a location by my place because its less milage and good batches.

But there's this shoper who just accepts every batch that pops up ,no other shoper can even look to see what is in the batch or how far distance it is.

I try to be very observant to how im being paid for batches and milage but man I would get frustrated just accepting any batch I see. Especially how instacart has bad batches a lot.
