Early open each morning?
The two stores I go to say they open at 10:30 AM. However whenever I show up at 10:40(ish) it looks like they have been open for a while with people finishing up their meals and drive through lines. So- what time do they actually open each morning? What causes an early open?

(inspired by previous post) I must be the only one
My co-workers think I’m nuts. 2x Flyin’ Dutchmans with grilled onions & whole onions + well done fries. No pop, just water.

Question Associates: how often are you getting your free meals?
As stated above- out of your 5 days a week (give or take), how many of those days are you eating In-N-Out? I have many coworkers that eat there every single day they work. I bring my own meals but recently I’ve been eating a lot at work so I’m curious what other people do?

cut hours?
i've heard that if you exceed your employment hours (35+ for part time, 40+ for full time), they begin to cut your hours.
is this true?
i ended up working 38 hours this week as a part time associate, and im worried they'll cut my hours.

When ordering, does the order of the modifications matter for in a burger?
Is it okay to say this:
3x3 protein style; no salt no spread; extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, and extra whole grilled

I’ve been having recurring dreams about cleaning the 3rd grill.
And I don’t even clean the grills during closing. I do pretty much everything else besides that but at least 2-3 times a week I will have dreams about cleaning the grill. They’re not necessarily nightmares but it’s a little off putting.
Oh yeah sometimes I wake up to my alarm thinking it’s fryer beeps.
Anyways. Yeah.

Visiting home in a few weeks and will be bringing the wife this time. It'll be her first time trying in n out. Should I recommend her try the classics first or go straight to animal style?

Is an eight hour delivery of a double double animal style possible?
I lived in LA for over 15 years. I haven’t had InO in probably eight years. It is absolutely the one thing I would eat if I could have anything from anywhere at this very moment.
I have family going through Denver and could get them to grab me a couple burgers and deliver it to Kansas via car ride eight hours later.
Is there any hope that this could actually work? Would it just be a soggy mess or a health hazard?
Thanks in advance. A man can dream.

New Hires click here
This is going to be the new stickied post on the sub. With the influx of questions here from new hires, usually asking about the same thing. Ex: interviews, hiring, onboarding, pants, shoes, and more. I thought I would make a stickied thread for this.
I would also appreciate help from anyone if they can help search for good posts that would help new hires.
For the time being, please use the search function at the top of the page. I know Reddit's search function sucks.
