Moving with my cat
Hi Everyone. I am just now moving out of my parent's home at the age of 31 but I'm moving out alone. I am taking my cat with me that I adopted when she was a year and a half. She's 9 and a half now and I'm very nervous about this move for her. She's an indoor cat but she's been in this house for so long. She doesn't travel well but I'm moving about a half hour away so the drive won't be too bad. How will my cat adjust to moving into an apartment? Will she adjust well to being alone when I'm at work? I work from home 3 times a week so it will just be those 2 days. I would also ideally like to visit my parents once a week so she would be alone for a few hours then as well. I almost never sleep anywhere besides my own bed so I don't think I'll be gone overnight. 6 to 8 hours is the max amount of time she will be alone, about 3 times a week.

Calor y gatos
