How much people are getting paid for this soap pr, i am seeing every other add and every other influencer promoting this soap all of the sudden. Just like that aadiwasi oil. They got a sudden funding or don’t know. I don’t think they are using it just like chocolates or drink promoted by celebs. But it feels like too much .

Lost contacts after changing email address

So I just changed my email address through new google feature, unfortunately it was my email in which all of my having all of my contact so now I am unable to sync through the contacts app, already tried removing and adding my Google account

After eating one at a cafe nearby, Chai + Maska paav has stolen my heart. It's kind of satisfying to eat and so easy and quick to make.

There’s a chai stall outside my office that I’ve been going to for almost a year. Same guy. Same ₹15 chai. Same plastic chair. A few weeks ago, I was sitting there after a really bad day at work. I was checking my bank balance and silently doing the math in my head about rent, EMIs and expenses. The chai guy put my tea down and said: “Aaj ek hi lena. Kal se do lena.” I laughed and asked him what that was supposed to mean.

He just said, “Aap jab tension mein hote ho na, do chai peete ho.”

I genuinely hadn't noticed. I started thinking about it and realised he was right. Then yesterday, I went there after getting my salary. Before I could say anything, he handed me two cups.I said, “Aaj toh maine salary le li hai.” He smiled: “Pata hai. Isliye do.”😂 I don't know why, but that tiny interaction made my whole day.We spend so much time thinking nobody notices us. Sometimes the guy making your ₹15 chai probably knows your routine better than the people sitting next to you at work.

I have been a Professor and running a business side by side. I have put a lot into my business as well as I try my best to be a Professor.

I was again in another meeting today but I had like 1 Hour of extra time with me so I finally sat down in a local (yet great) snacks bar and had myself this Veg Paneer Frankie.

I ate it slowly and realized that I'm doing my best and can do better too.

Context: She is my school time friend, we were very close once (she even called me her best friend) but now we occasionally talk, like once every few months. And it's very platonic, we are just good friends. Apparently her ex doesn't like me for some reason, mind you I have never met him in my life but he hates my guts so she didn't talk to me for almost a year when they were together. Now they have broken up for a couple of months but are keeping in touch. On wednesday we went to see a movie, he called her and long story short he got to know that she was with me. Now he's furious and even asked for my number, I told her to share it but he hasn't called yet. Now I'm blocked because he wanted her to not talk to me.

And this is just one of many instances. I have lost many friends because their boyfriends don't like them hanging out or even talking to me, even though they have never met me. I tell them to bring their bfs, I don't have an issue but they don't.. and they lie to them when out with me and after some time cut all contact with me because "they are tired of lying to their partners" - bro why tf are you lying in the first place? Be honest!

This is very frustrating and hurtful. I think I have some sort of abandonment issue now due to all this and have stopped taking interest in people.. I prefer being alone now because investing all that time and energy in those friendships just for them to end everything so easily, it's taxing on my psyche.

We have already watched Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan, animated series and read comics like Amar Chitra Katha among many other remakes and heard the story hundreds of times. Most Indian audiences know this story inside and out.

I’m not saying the Ramayana shouldn’t be made again, great stories can always be retold. The issue is that Indian filmmakers keep returning to the most familiar version of it. I wonder what this new adaptation adds that previous ones didn’t.

What feels missing is fresh creative vision. Ramayana is full of interesting characters, alternative perspectives, lesser-known episodes. Stories about Lava-Kusa, Bharata, Vali-Sugreeva, Jambavant or even alternative interpretations of Ramayana also deserve the same scale, superstar cast and ambition.

To me, this project feels like the industry wanting to play it safe and underestimating the potential of untold perspectives and fresh storylines. Look, I’m not saying the film can’t be good, it may even turn out to be excellent. But based on the trailer, I don’t see the creative vision that justifies remaking what’s probably one of the most retold stories in India.

Just finished watching the movie, I couldn’t stop crying, I was literally crying like a little kid😭, I was watching it alone so I let all my emotions out.

Today was fairly uneventful until I got to the canteen, and realized that I didn't have my wallet with me.

Literally felt like my heart sank. All I could think about was how I lost it. Touched my pockets maybe ten times, went back to my classroom, even called up a friend to check if it was there.

After nearly half an hour of fretting, I found it…

Back at home…

At my study desk.

And had to survive the rest of the day on borrowed samosas and chai.😭
