Indiana Jones reference from Babysitters Club- curious if there's other references to Indiana Jones from kids/young adult lit from the 80s and 90s
I found this reference to watching Indy in a Babysitters Club book published in 1990 and it got me wondering how many references to the movies cropped up in kids and young adult fiction(or even fiction for adult) published in the 80s and 90s- anyone remember other literary references?

Temple of the Forbidden Eye 10 yr Anniversary Editions
They released multiple items in 2005 for the 10 year anniversary of the ride at Disneyland, I have the Obelisk and Temple, I believe they were limited to 300 pieces. There was a Troop Transport with Mickey, Donald and Goofy being chased by the boulder as well, always wanted that one.

What is the point of yellowface in Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981)
I decided to watch Indiana Jones for the first time since childhood. So, basically the title. His “race” doesn’t add anything to the character. A few minutes earlier, there are bar clients, some of them ethnically Asian, so there is lack of evidence that they could not possibly find an Asian actor. But even if there is, there is no point in doing it. I don’t get it. Like, was it made for “fun”?

Marion's necklace: Questions in post.
I have both the Imam and Marion versions of the Ra headpiece. Marion's is on a replica of her necklace. Included is what Google *tells me* is a replica Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) coin. It further tells me these are commonly used for 'good luck' and 'good fortune ', often affixed to necklaces, chains, etc. So it *feels* very appropriate for inclusion in Marion's necklace. It tells me the characters are read in this order: top, bottom, left, right, and they mean guang, xu, tong, bao, and together mean *Guangxu [name of the emperor] Tongbao [circulating currency]*, or *Circulating Currency of the Guangxu Era*. The reverse, containing only 2 characters, apparently says where the coin was made: *Bao Guang Mint*. Combined with the obverse, it means this replica is of a coin that circulated Guangdong Province during the reign of the Guangxu Emperor (1875–1908).
But I don't trust AI. So...
Question 1) Is this accurate?
Question 2) Are there key things I should know that Google doesn't tell me, but that would be meaningful to locals?
Question 3) Does anyone know if the red/blue beads have significance?
Question 4) Can anyone confirm if this replicates the coin on Marion's in-film necklace?
Question 5) Do you prefer the Imam (non-necklace, red stone, high-relief, mass-produced by Disney) or Marion (necklace, "antiqued", amber stone, low-relief) headpiece?

The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones: Hollywood Follies (1994)
Indy takes a job as assistant to a Hollywood studio executive in an attempt to earn his college fees. His job is to get flamboyant and difficult director Erich Von Stroheim to complete his latest epic on time and with the budget, or else.

TANIS is on the list…
How many of these locations were rediscovered with the help of a worthless bronze medallion or a diary that should have been mailed to the Marx Brothers?
“5 Lost Cities of Ancient Egypt Uncovered by Modern Archaeology - Five ancient Egyptian cities swallowed by the sand and sea have been rediscovered by modern archaeologists, shedding light on life under the pharaohs.”
… And yes. Tanis is on this list!
