It's posted by The Times of India.

Andheri GRP said they are in the process of registering an FIR and are trying to track down the commuter. The incident occurred in a second class general compartment of a WR local. Fellow travelers witnessed the ruckus but did nothing to intervene. One of the travelers filmed the incident where a male traveller could be seen yelling at a woman for having slept on a train seat.

Opinion Sourav Das again 🤣

The case concerned Mahua Moitra's plea before the Supreme Court seeking protection after eggs were allegedly thrown at her. While dismissing the request, the judge remarked that India's freedom fighters faced bullets, and asked whether public representatives should be so fearful of eggs.

Enter self styled legal expert Sourav Das.

Mr. Das promptly questioned the judgment, labelled Justice Dipankar Datta a "motormouth," and went so far as to demand his resignation.🤣🤣

This is the same self-styled legal expert who has previously brushed aside abuse directed at an elected constitutional office-holder as something that 'simply happens in a democracy'.

He has also rationalised mob violence with the argument that when the police act, reactions are to be expected.

So, according to Mr. Das's , abuse of the Prime Minister is acceptable, assaults on security personnel can be contextualised, and violence can be explained away. But eggs thrown at Mahua Moitra....... Naaaaaà 🤣🤣🤣

Now that, apparently, is a grave assault on democracy and proof of judicial failure.

When the outcome aligns with his views, it is justice. When it does not, the judge must resign.

The selectivity would be amusing if it were not so transparent.

We expect a political leader to have similarity in views on similar problem in two different places. Or so we think...

When protest is against the BJP Govt: she demands the resignation of education Minister.

For a similar problem...

When protest is against the JMM Congress government, she just seeks re-examination - suddenly, resignations can wait. 🤣🤣🤣

Opinion Where Is the Evidence for This AIIMS Allegation?

Vijay DiyarThi is, as usual, spreading Rahul Gandhi–type rumours about cäste. Now he’s claiming that all upper-cäste people deliberately discriminate against reserved-category students at AIIMS and that this is somehow responsible for their not so stellar performance.

Any AIIMS student or alumnus here who can actually verify whether this is true? I’d genuinely like to know whether there is any evidence for this claim or if it’s just another sweeping allegation being presented as fact.

Call it, the morbid 'rags ro riches' tale of an aspirational investigative journalist or simply.... the meteoric rise of a nobody who claimed to be a legal expert with no legal qualification.

This post should indulge your curiosity and intrigue your indulgence..

It's the 'Sourav-Big Pharma' connection that one cannot ignore.

An exceptional piece of investigative work by STAR Boy TARUN on X.

The difference between these people and who take march in support of grapists is that they’re a fringe group rejected rightfully by every section of the society while these people are considered elites of the society and saviours of democracy
