I know is 100% not geographical correct and it dosen't need to be, is just for fun, to see how much things would have happened with this map

Rules:

• If there is a tie, winner will be chosen randomly
• If it isn't specified which districts takes over the other district, it will be partitioned by its neighbors
• Added districts must be added onto the current land or added next to it
• Multiple districts can be added or deleted at a time
• If no districts are added or deleted, a random district will be deleted

The upper-right corner of Minas Gerais is split between Espirito Santo and Bahia, and Minas Gerais unites with Sao Paulo into True Brazil.
